I noticed back on August 20, 2010 there was a withdraw from my account of $119.25 and each month since there has been a withdraw of $19.95 unauthorized charges. I have a great Attorney and will be sending this information to his just as soon as I get done typing. This is outragious. Only Licensed Contractors.com a is a contractor referral service. I am a general contractor in California. They allowed me to sign up with them, and I started to get calls from customers. Everything was going fine for a few weeks. We subscribed to the above waste recycler to come once a week to collect waste for recycling. The beginning of this month was supposed to be the first collection and to date we have still not received a single collection despite having paid upfront for the quarter. After 3 years with Spectramed, I terminated my membership on 311209. I have subsequently received 2 demand letters from docs who've not been paid for visits during Dec while my membership was still active. 3 months later, numerous calls later, no less than 4 ref nos. for calls where I was promised action (1 being a Team Leader) & I'm still waiting for payment of my claims. On 12 Feb 2010 I booked 2 caravan sites for weekend of 23 - 27th April 2010. I paid deposit to them. Couriered a defective motherboard to the supplier, in Nov 2009. The board were +- 6 months old, and has a 3year waranty. Sybaritic reported back that the unit were swapped by the manufacturer, and couriered the MB back. To my surprize, i received the old defective board.
