I bought a Dell 1720 laser toner cartridge that was defective when I installed it into printer .The printer would not except it. I had to have a cartridge by the next day so I could not wait several days for them to ship me another one that may also not work . I requested technical support in setting up a new computer. The representative came to my home and was unable to trouble shoot some initial file transfers from an old computer. They erased my hard drive promising to return it to new condition and took my computer to their shop. I had a transmission failure at 55k miles. United Car Care carries my extended warrentee. They did replace the transmission through my Toyota dealership but unstead of putting a rebuilt part in they replaced it with a used transmission. The tranny now works but has a clunk noise when placing it in park. They claim this ok and I say that it never did that before and I consider it an unsafe repair. I have call and written a letter to the dealership that sold me the warrentee and so far no responce. I would not recommend using UCC for any extended warrentee. read full review »
