My wife and I had purchased a front load washer and dryer from Leons. The delivery boys tried to slug the washer up two flights of stairs with no equipment to assist them. After a recent purchase and installation of replacement Farley Windows from The Home Depot of Canada, I have learned the windows allow water to leak into the house. If water leaks air may leak, too. I have now spent at least 20 hours trying to get the LiveUpdate function of Norton 360 software to work! At least 12 hours of this has been online with there so called 'analyst' when they have taken remote control of my computer,but still seem unable to get it to work.The rest of the time has been back and forth with emails to there support department.
