I used travel frequently from Chennai to Kerala sometimes with out any reservation ticket. The General Ladies coach in Tvm Chennai trains are horrible and the ladies are traveling inside breathless without even having any space to keep legs on the coach. The travel is terrible during the festival seasons like Pongal, Onama of both states because students and working women travel mostly this time. I m acing this problem from last 1 year. I book my lpg gas cylinder with sai gas (talawade rd, triveninagar, pune) but they have never delivered it on time... I have taken a students prepaid plan, which has on offer 100 local sms free everyday. However after 2 days the sms stopped working and i get an error message from the network operator. The Customer Service of Airtel Post Paid Card is very poor. The Signals are very low and most of the time the phone is not reachable. The 24 hours customer service is also not to the mark as one has to wait for a minimum of 25 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Executive once you get through the connection. After the long wait, you got to have the patience of listening to all the product advertisements which may not pertain to your query and when you get through the queue after the long wait, the line gets disconnected.
