Myself Braja Mohan Swain a bonafied customer of Reliance Telecommunications Delhi. Having Prepaid Number 9312550431, I have observed last few days that the deduction of calls tarrif is fully unexpected, on 11/April/2007 I have called to the number 935010822 for 1 minute and 19 second suddenly they deduct 12 rupees from my account at that I have complained to the customer care (*333), they told me that it is the mistake, till now I am not getting any information really It is very regretful, today I call to the Number 06786233338 but there is no ring suddenly I stop the mobile but deduction is Rs 3, continuously they deducted without reason. read full review »

I tried recharging my mobile number using uti atm recharge facility. I was given a recharge pin which is not working. After having contacted airtel they say contact uti and vice versa. It has left me confusing where to complaint and for whom to complaint against. I guess my 360 bucks have gone into drain.

I was a customer of TataIndicom for approximately 8 months however their product - 256kbps (1GB Cap) went from bad to worse within the last 4 months.
First there were frequent disconnections (not due to billing), the reason provided later was that the lines were being cut by dissatisfied/disgruntled Distributors.
Next when the lines were rectified the speed dropped to a pathetic 4KBps (32kbps) ..
I was a heavy user, always exceeding the Cap by at least 500MB! However those last 4 months my usage did not go above 30MB (and thats the total... read full review »

1) Received a message that against a recharge of Rs 360 by March end, full talk time for 45 days.
2)Recharged at Reliance dealer on 31March only to get a message that it is recharged for Rs359 (inclusive of my earlier balance) for a validity of 30 days.
3) Confronted your Mosque Road showroom .They in turn rang up the concerned
department who refused to speak to me and cut the phone when they tried to explain.

One of the employee named:Mr.Kumar from Mumbai of ICICI Lombard was called to me providing the Health Care Policy through my ICICI Credit Card.He said that they are issuing the policy which is totally free form their side and they are going to pay all the Premiums form their side only in one condition that is I am using Credit Card of ICICI.But this is false commitment and they are charging the Premiums form my Credit limit and blocked my complete Premium amount. Airtel services in Goa have really become pathetic. Specially the GPRS service. Airtel claims to provide EDGE GPRS service in Goa. which as per claims is supposed to give you a connection speed of 256 KBPS. Which approximately boils down to a download speed of at least 25-30 KBPS.
But I have never ever experienced a speed more than 12 KBPS. and that too that 12KBPS is a speed you will get very very rarely. Most of the time the speed is just around 3-4 KBPS. And to add to the troubles the service goes down every second month and remain... read full review »

My car met with an accident in which its headlight broke so i took it to the company service centre as it would help me to settle my insurance claim, they repair all the other parts but were unable to get the headlights as they were electronic and were out of stocks after few days i took the delivery of the car but they gave me ordinary headlights and said they had given the order to the company for electronic headlights, after nearly 2 months of pursuance i am unable to get the headlights and my insurance claim is still pending. It is very unfortunate that the company that claims to be the best responsive telecom company infact seem to be too deficient in providing services. Instead of solving the problems faced by the customers, they are rude and argue with them. Kindly train your people to be courteous to the customer. The ATM machines of HDFC bank at Vashi railway station premises is not working from last ten days, as this is one of the busiest and prime location in new Bombay and major IT companies are in these area..

If you are planning to buy a car in true value please check everything (price, Car condition (mechanic, body rust, Whether it is accident vehicle, Battery is good are make up)... If you are not doing so you will held up paying around 8 ~ 10 K Per month just for maintenance. I fed up with this. I bought a zen lx for 2.7 lacs in 2005 till date am spending lot of money on maintenance... My conclusion about true value is... it is not at all TRUE VALUE... 1. I am not able receive phone calls... All those u trying to call me r getting message that i am not rechargeable... But actually i have full range and battery
2. After a gap of 1/2 hrs between 2 calls, the 2nd call has totally different setting. My ring setting get automatically changes.. No idea what for.. In that case i have restart my Mobile
3. Some time i am not able to save any phone book entries. After restarting my mobile it works...

The transporter has done the forgery with me huge money- he had unloaded the goods in his go down and shifted the materials in another truck to for another packers & movers at Chennai.

The said no. is installed at my residence as 10 digit fixed line. Since last 3 weeks this phone has no signal. Connection was taken from Ganesh Communication. Despite of several telephone complaint people are not attending the complaint and the phone is of no use. I requested to surrender the line but no body is coming to do the needful.
I am totally fed up with the attitude of Airtel / Ganash Communication. If I am not able to get the services then why airtel is not coming to do the needful or disconnect the connection. This month onward, I am not responsible for the bill payment. read full review »

I had ordered some books and CDs from India Today Book Club on 20th Feb 2007. Till 13th April 2007, I did not receive the books and the CDs. Many emails sent to their customer care department remain unanswered. Though the company belongs to a reputed media group, their service level is very disappointing. I intend to lodge a complaint with the cyber crime cell of Mumbai Police if they do not respond to my mails and deliver the promised merchandise within a week. I was told that this issue can be classified under cyber fraud. Looks like the company will wake up only when a summon is issued by the Police to its MD. read full review »

If they've mentioned that this is a direct call no. Why is it so that they are charging people @6 INR per min and that too asking for questions and options from the main menu. Ideally a direct no.
