I purchased a new airtel connection postpaid in Nov 06 particularly for GPRS Mobile internet. From day one till date (06 Feb 07), i am unable to connect to GPRS as normally as my colleagues do. I had purchased Samsung x670 within 3 months of purchase is started getting problem that while talking that phone automatically hangs and restarts again. I have settled my payment on first week of January 07 itself, but still getting reminders for not making payment. 1 and half year back I have purchased one dvd hi-fi system of phlips, and within 5 month it got some technical problem, I contacted with service center and they had replaced my dvd. But after 9 month that replaced dvd started showing technical problem (track struck, system hang etc) when contacted the service center on 13/01/07 they told me to submit the dvd. I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. I visited the Bund Garden branch, of the ICICI Bank in Pune to open an account as an NRI needing a Credit Card. The information that is given is only half true and you only discover this after you have parted with your hard earned dollars. Due to negligency of transporter my material have damage during transit. he transporter has done the forgery with me after taken the additional money of Rs.7000/- he had unload the goods in his go down and shifted the material in another truck with the other machines. I had my VC valid till 31-12-2006, and from their internet portal they had advertised that any one can renew 60 days prior. So I decided to renew on 11 Dec 2006, for one year. I have WLL connection sine last two years. The battery back up is not at all working,means the instrument won't function without external power supply. When contacted the Customer care demands me to pay for a replacement battery. This is absurd and shocking as the instrument is the property of Tata Indicom, they need to maintain and replace it unless the instrument is damaged by the user just like any other telecom e.g. BSNL.
