On 12 Feb. I ordered for Valentines Day. Order was not processed nor did recipient receive order as promised. When I called for a refund, it was refused and they lied and said order was in process of delivery. The didn't even know the name of the Florist processing the order. The representative said they were in Illinois, yet they couldn't understand English well. When I asked what time it was in Illinois, they didn't even know. THE BOTTOM LINE IS: DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD. THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHAM. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered ordering flowers. This was supposed to be and enjoyable occasion. read full review »

These vipers have caused me no end of financial harm after promising the "lowest " bankcard processing fees and charges. They deliberately lied about the per transaction fees, which was my greatest concern, as a brand new small business trying to open in these economic times. If only I had been more sceptical. I came across this advertisement on line and was curious because I have been wanting an implant for a missing tooth. I filled out an on line form. Got called right away that I was selected as a candidate and to set up an appointment with a recommended cosmetic dentist. I was reminded twice by phone, once by e-mail, and once by postal mail. This past October after being hounded for the past year to change to points we finally did, but the only reason we paid in an additional $5k and addition maintenance fees is that we were promised from the sales person that we could rent our units out for a guaranteed $1200 per week. The University Park South leasing office, located at San Francisco State University, is possibly the worst leasing office known to man. I first contacted them about a month ago to set up a lease. I signed all the proper paperwork, and my lease was approved in about 2 business days, which seemed fantastic. I purchased a mattress and box-spring set from the Sears store at the Tri-County Mall in Springedale (Greater Cincinnati area) in September, 2010. At the time of the purchase I was assured by the salesman (Raj) that he would initiate the rebate process for the shipping of my mattress/box spring and I should receive it in about 30 days. I paid for expedited shipping on 2/1/11. The email I received said I would receive the order in 5-9 business days from placing the order. I should have received my merchandise on 2/14111 at the absolute latest. I was given a fedex tracking # and the fedex website says the order was shipped 2/4/11. I bit into a small chocolate cluster from Trader Joe's new trex mix, and bit down on something hard and crunchy. I spit it out and found three small pieces of GLASS! This was the first bite from the bag. I immediately called the store where I had purchased it the day before and informed the manager. I had recently went to court regarding my rent with Sheepshead Bay Housing (NYCHA). The rent that the management office wanted me to pay I agreed to pay it and they agreed to take off the legal fees and all other misc charges. When I had got in contact with my management office, The housing assistant said I still had the remaining balance pending on my account and that the Civil Court had made an error and I still had to pay it. I apparently signed up for a membership with Freescore.com, who is now charging me $19.95. I did not sign for any services with them. I did, however, requested a "free" copy of my credit report from creditreport.com by getting a new membership which was canceled within the 7 free-trial days period. I called both companies and creditreport says they have nothing to do with freescore.com. I wish I had checked the complaint board before I called Enjoy Better TV. I too have not received the $50 Visa Gift Card I was promised. The Dish technician told me this was a bogus charge that I was getting the rebate for. I called enjoy better tv back but they assured me it was a legitamate charge and I would definitely get the Visa Card. I too have been ripped off by these people. They offered a no charge 30 day free trial of their product through the internet but I had to give them my credit card # for the "promotional coded reduced shipping". Within 15 minutes of using their web site (which was not listed as Diet Max, it was the Acia name) I got a call from a number out of New York (646-810-6468) and they were calling to confirm I understood how to use the product. I went on the Sears website to buy Nintendo DSi games for my daughter for Christmas . I bought 8 different Nintendo DSi games from what I thought was Sears. On Christmas day my daughter opened the games one at a time and tried to play each game. The first 5 games did not play. I thought I had a defective DSi, but the 6th, 7th and 8th games worked fine. my srs warning light came on due to a dead battery, if they would have looked at the codes, they would have known that the light comes on because of low voltage. bought a new battery at pep boys, but they didnt clear the warning light. i requsted to have them check the codes. the service person really didnt want to deal with me so he said for me to sit and wait for 2 to 3 hours just to read the code.walked out of there mad but what can i do?

They cleaned the drains in my home on October 2010. Charged 580.75. Then added an extra $29, and $15 to my credit card. I sorted that part out, but now I found out that they charged my credit card on January 17th 2011 for a further $595.75. They don't answer their phone. G.E credit card company says that they cannot help me; and that I should contact the company. Since they don't return any of my phone calls, I'm kind of stuck. Just when I thought we were through with these shady jokers, NOPE. Ok so they 1st went behind our backs to a county we do not live in to get a lien against my car, and a garnishment over an OLD bill. This Safeway (Harper's Choice) is not a bad store... the lines are always long when I am there but that is not the complaint.
Every time I go to the meat department, the men that work there try to talk to me... it is a bit creepy to be watched and stared at. they will have a conversation with any female there so i know it isnt me. can they be any more obvious?

I was in India on business when I had minor accident and was taken to Jaslok Hospital for a possible broken arm, and, some bad wounds that needed stitches. I Purchased the P90 X fitness program via Telephone after watching an infomercial. The product came as advertised. However, after discovering hidden charges for things I did not want (vitamins, online coaching, etc.) I called to cancel all the other automatic charges.
