Our banister has been loose since we have moved in over a year ago. Well, it broke on12/21 off the wall and my husband fell down the stairs. We told them about it when we first moved in but they didn't do anything about it. They still won't and since my husband wasn't hurt seriously enough for them, they won't even pay for the ER bills or his lost time from work.
