They called us in April of 2009 to to do a service call on a phone system for an Army Recruiting Station . We are still waiting on payment as of 5-17-10! The last time I talked to Gene from Meridian he informed me that times were tough and he would pay it whenever he had the money! I am sure that if the Army knew of his reputation of not paying his sub-contractors, that they would jerk their contract from his company! I also just found out that the address I have, they are no longer at! My statement that I sent out came back marked "moved"with no forwarding address!! I have purchased thousands of dollars for clothes from this store for 10-15 years. I have platinum card. I've always been courted to spend money with them and was treated as valued until things went wrong. Last month I had a check stolen and cashed for over $1000 and had to close one account and open another. On 4/25 I went to their site as I always do and changed my bank account info before paying. On or about April 19, 2008 I won $9000 playing slots at Cirrus Casino. They told me that I could not withdraw more than $5000 at a time due to US restrictions, therefore, I withdrew $5000 and $4000, respectively.
I have played at online casinos before and once won $20, 000 which was mailed via check immediately. This is the first time that I have experienced such a delay in getting my winnings. They disbursed winnings at $1500 intervals deducting "fees" (thus I won't get a full $9000 in winnings). They still have not paid me... read full review »

There is a company called Celebrity White which I believe is legitimate. It sends an (almost) free sample and if you don't cancel you receive a monthly supply of teeth whitener which is billed automatically to your credit card. I believe this bogus company, EverBrite, piggy-backs on the legitimate company. They offer a sample which they claim is supposed to work with the Celebrity product, however their sample never arrives. We called many times and tried to cancel, only got through once and they hung up on us.

I made a withdrawal on Sept 13 at Cool Cat Casino, then made a mistake hit the wrong key and it reversed the withdrawal. I called and talked to Chris the manager and asked if he could withdraw the amount on the orignal day and forget the mistake. He got very ignnorant and said if all playing for me was illegal and he wasn't going to to any thing about it. They have still not sent the check $2299.00. My problem is, that casino wants me to DOUBLE UP wagers before I make a withdrawal, unless I did all the wager requirements listed on their web page. January 6 2007, I made a cash out of $500. Cash out is made every Wed., but I did not get paid. After a few days, I sent a ticket asking why I did not get paid as I was put on pending. I was told that a contact will be made to the accounting department. After a week was still no response. This site is a scam. I ordered a Canon 50D body online for $579. Later that day I received an email saying that in order to complete the order I must call them. So I called them and the sales person asked for my zip code and the order number. I asked why they needed that and he said just to confirm the order. We ordered food for pickup at about 8:45pm. (This location will not deliver to us even though we are less than 2 miles away.) The person on the phone was very short with me but I overlooked it. I arrived to pick up my order and the girl at the register did not even make eye contact with me as she ordered me to swipe my card. The store was moderately busy - only two other people waiting. My son purchased a 1966 mustang from this company for $6000+ and before he picked it up had them get it painted and do some minor repairs for another $2700. it ran rough when he test drove it but was told that the motor was rebuilt and had to be driven and broken in some as it had been sitting for quite a while. he took them at their word and picked it up a couple weeks later. on the drive from the dealer to home in phila. it still ran terrible so he took it to a friend of the family, who is a licensed and certified car repair shop owner... read full review »

Some retailers are out of touch and provide poor customer service, especially to working families. Take Thomasville for example. I bought the Nocturne dining set and the screws on chairs come out too easily. One guest sat and broke a chair within a year and now I cannot even buy the same chair. Service repairman is the only one in Manhattan and has not even called in two weeks. Very disappointing. read full review »

Why is it so hard for Melbourne Television stations to run ontime! If they advertise a show starts at 7:00pm then it should start at 7:00pm not 7:10p or 7:20p. It's not hard, other countries can do it. When you receive messages from women who are supposed to be from that web site, yet they have me listed as living in Springfield, MO, which is about a five hour drive from St. Louis. I received an email from mydigitaluniverse after I purchased a SONY BDPS5000ES from them. I did not receive any email correspondence from them after that. It had been a full week after I ordered the item. I called them and spoke to mike, who stated that the item was discontinued and not in stock. He then proceeded to try and sell me a more expensive .
