For the second time in two months I have received books that I did not order, and from authors that I do not want to read. Trying to get this resolved by phone is not doable since they have a computerized system which does not respond to questions. They do not have a phone number by which you can speak to a human voice. In September 2008, I placed an order with Sally Jean for two items; one a charm, the other a necklace. Although I received the charm (albeit in an untimely fashion), I never received the necklace. Absolutely awful. Many of us placed orders on October 1st 2008. It is now November 8th 2008 and few to none have received there orders. Many of us placed emails that have been ignored or deleted. Charge-backs are being placed by many. The original ship date was 5-7 days, then 2 to 3 weeks from order date. Now many have gone over a month. Anyway, I purchased an item from mypartyshirt.com and was guaranteed that I would receive my items by the 31st. This was a Halloween costume and I even used a special code that I entered at checkout to make sure that my shipment would arrive on time.
