A group of us went for coffee at A&W in Sylvan Lake,Alberta.We ordered coffees and the girl put them in styrafoam cups, I asked for glass, she said it was beach front and they could not use glass. Since having our mortgage payment transferred to BAC Home Loan Servicing, we have been unable to contact the company either by telephone or by getting online to pay our bill. Wild Blue Trouble from Day one. The free install wasn't free at all, the person that installed the service charged an extra $200 to set a $40 pipe in the ground with a $5 sack of concrete. I made applied for this card through my vet. He did not make me aware that the balance needed to be paid in 30 days. I have my payments made automatically though my online banking system. I have always paid this bill with more than the minimum amount desired on time. I live in the Pasadena area and made the mistake of using this company to trim a number of trees on my property. They claimed to have done a lot of work in the area and knew how to shape trees so they not only looked better, but were healthier. To say they made a mess of my yard would be an understatement. We have had a lot of negative experiences with Pulte's home construction. It seems they have undersized the ducts on our home and not provided appropriate dampers to adjust the airflow appropriately (it would cost about $8000 to repair that, but we have chosen not to do that). The air conditioner failed after only 6 years to the tune of about $6300. The main sink faucet valve broke as well. Overall we have been pleased with the home but the appliances (A/C) and fixtures (sink faucets) seem to be poor quality. read full review »
