They play word games with you and try to rip you off with hidden fine prints. I requested is "3 credit report + Free Score for $19.95: My credit card was charged amount of $29.95 and $49.95 on March 30th, whereas all I wanted is the 19.95 package. On December 2, 2010, my bank notified me that there was a strange transaction made on my account of 24.95. The listed transaction name was MQCO. The teller at the bank gave me a phone number of 877-450-8663. I informed her that this was a fraud company and I would try to call them to get them to return my money. As per to-date, I have call and left messages on an answering machine with no return calls. I have no idea where MQCO obtain my name, bank account information and etc. I will put a stop payment on the account, however, this will cost me another $10. I called customer service to find out if I could pay my bill over the phone with a check. It was available but for a $10.00 fee. Then I explained that I was trying to avoid a late payment on my account - which I have had for 10+ years - because of a death in the family and the holiday on Monday (M. L. King) I was concerned that the payment would be late. I was told that the late charge would be $39.00 which was ridiculous for an account with an $80.00 balance. There are literally hundreds of credit repair websites and a lot of them try to guarantee success but the reality is most of them are just a waste of money. Bought an extended warranty from US Fidelis. Who then sold it to Choice Manufacturing Company. CMC does not pick up phones. They cover very little. They would not pay the regular labor amount, so my mechanic won't deal with them again. I have to find another mechanic. But, that won't help that they don't answer calls. Took my mechanic 2 days to get a job partially approved. They cover rental upto $100.00 and I was out of pocket $200.00 as I lost 2 days getting hold of them. The Service dealer in Secunderabad is not taking any interest in changing the parts of my TV's Woofer system since last 1 year. When we make call to the people they will slip from the subject with one or the other reason.
