I went to CIMB Cyberjaya branch at 12noon (lunch hour) on a Tue to deposit into ASB. I took my number which was of 2028. I sat and waited for my turn. At that time the digital displayed the number of 1000 series, which I'm guessing are of other bank services. By 1245pm NO 2000 number was called AT ALL. Beware of Weight Watchers online free 30 day trial... it's not free. Even if you cancel within the 30 days, your credit card is billed for $65 before the period is up. My daughter and I were browsing online diet plans on the internet and the only way you could view weight watchers information was to sign up for a "risk free" 30 day trial, but you have to give your credit card number. The last time I tried to add time to my phone they put my time onto the wrong phone number. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to fix that problem and had to talk to 4 different people because no one knew what they were doing. I was charged &1.00 for a free look up of a person and actually did not get any information. The problem I have is the $18.95 that was taken out of my account for this service without my authorization. I have already emailed the company for the return of my money on 07/17/10 as of today I have not been reembursed and I want my money back NOW. I thought I would try to use the system as long as I was being charged and guess what? Low and behold I cannot get any information still and they want another $18.95. I have been approached by this company and am unsure as well. They said they will find the discrepancies in my loan (for 1% of original loan amount) and give to their law people who will then assign a lawyer at $1000 per month (for about 9 months). Company took so long for loan processing that lock expired combined with rates climbing. Then claim was that underwriters declined due to appraisal not being acceptable. Odd since underwriters "accepted" it few days earlier based on email of support staff. All seems like a scam, and months of waiting while rates climbed. I've ran into two separate occasions where this website has screwed me over. #01. Returned a dress that did not fit properly. Dress cost $54.99. Put it in its original packing and returned it in a timely matter.
