I purchased a new Nissan Maxima in 2007 and two years later with 95, 000 Kilometers the air compressor needed to be replaced at a cost of nearly $2000 including the part, labor and taxes. The warranty expired at 60, 000 and the company refused to cover it even though it is a part that should not break down. Although the Maxima is a nice vehicle I would not recommend buying one and only buy a Nissan if you are willing to spend money on an extended warranty. When I received the dvds most of them would not work properly so I decided to contact the company to get a return authorization on all the items. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any communication from them. They do not post an address or phone number and hide behind a false hope that you will be contacted by email. My wife and I purchased furniture in oct2009, couch, coffee table, dining room table and kitchen server. When items were being delivered we were very excited, only to find out that 3 of the 4 items were damaged. A bank account was closed out by a person in a law firm one day before the owner of the bank account died. There is a letter from a bank personnel saying the balance of the account was enclosed. FBI and OSBI -Oklahoma- informed me that they could not help, when it clearly states anything over $10,000.00 illegally taken from bank is a federal offense, this account was over $88,000.00. The Flip Ultra HD Model U212OW is a defective product because it cannot be properly recharged after drainage of the battery. All sorts of error messages ensue. It was bought in Dec. 2009 as a holiday present. Until August I put up with the inconvenience of having to remove the batteries from the camcorder and reinserting them before every recharge. Appliance Certified in Arizona Dishwasher Repair Service... they came and told me it was the Pump and control panel, $600.00. Two days later it is not working again... same symptoms. I call and they say "we will have to check the schedule and get back". When service calls were scheduled they never showed up. This has been going on for three months. I could not order on line. The site kept telling me that I needed to place my order by phone. I finally called, and when I wanted to use American Express, I was told that their server for AMEX was down. They wanted VISA. With VISA you have no recourse.
