A bank account was closed out by a person in a law firm one day before the owner of the bank account died. There is a letter from a bank personnel saying the balance of the account was enclosed. FBI and OSBI -Oklahoma- informed me that they could not help, when it clearly states anything over $10,000.00 illegally taken from bank is a federal offense, this account was over $88,000.00. The Flip Ultra HD Model U212OW is a defective product because it cannot be properly recharged after drainage of the battery. All sorts of error messages ensue. It was bought in Dec. 2009 as a holiday present. Until August I put up with the inconvenience of having to remove the batteries from the camcorder and reinserting them before every recharge. Appliance Certified in Arizona Dishwasher Repair Service... they came and told me it was the Pump and control panel, $600.00. Two days later it is not working again... same symptoms. I call and they say "we will have to check the schedule and get back". When service calls were scheduled they never showed up. This has been going on for three months. Based on all the reviews I have seen, it's never the first service call that is the problem, it's the follow up when the repair fails. The warranty is worthless. I could not order on line. The site kept telling me that I needed to place my order by phone. I finally called, and when I wanted to use American Express, I was told that their server for AMEX was down. They wanted VISA. With VISA you have no recourse. With AMEX, they will refund you, and collect from them. I think AMEX has probably revoked their vendor agreement. I think XLPharmacy is a scam. They even wanted my checking information. My wife has Multiple Scerlosis and was told that she can not come into the Disney Theme Parks after we purchased our disney vacation package, with her Segway which she has a medical prescription to have and absolutely needs to get around. I was in walmart (oct 2, 2010) to cash my payroll check. It was my first time. The Dell Computer Corporation Company is calling my home, everyday, including Saturdays and Sundays. The calls start at 9:00 am and end before 9:00 pm. Made the mistake of ordering a "free" credit report online when I was refinancing in December 08. Rec'd credit report and CANCELLED membership within first 30 days as specified in order to avoid being billed a monthly fee of $12.95. Well, I got billed in January, February and now March after making a phone call each month only to be assured my account was cancelled. We have a family plan with 4 members through ATT. In addition, we pay $4.99 per person, per month for 200 text messages each. Almost never, have any of us gone over the 200 messages per month. Last statement I was upset with my daughter for 466 messages charged at $0.10 per message for each message over 200, 0r $26.60. Then I had to yell at myself for 349 texts or $14.90. A Minneapolis-based atm company has made it a long-standing practice to lie to customers and sales prospects by collecting a mythical 'Visa and Mastercard' fee for every atm transaction on its network. From our own experience, Cartika hosting had continually tried to force us to upgrade our account by claiming we were abusing their TOS and saying we used too much bandwidth. When I saw the charge on my bank statement I had no idea who they were and after "googling" them I found their website as well as a slew of complaints similar to mine. They fraudulently received my CC info off of a purchase on FTD. The how still remains a mystery.
