They gave me the run around when I FINALLY was able to reach the main office. They actually asked me for her address so they could ask her if she wanted them to have it... I have disc degeneration disease and right now I have 2 ruptured discs and 1 that is bulging. It presses on the nerves that lead down through my legs. I'm only 25 and they treat me as if im there just to get drugs. They are very rude to me and have tried to keep me from obtaining my refills the day I can get it filled. I took my vehicle to the local dealership with an intermittent reverse problem. It was tested there for a full day and they ran all the necessary tests, all of which came back with everything working correctly, including oil and fluids being clear, electronics, etc. and that all gears were working including reverse. When reviewing our Verizon business bill we noticed a charge for $12.86 for a collect call. The call was made at 5:28AM, EST, and no one was in the office. After contacting Verizon they indicated what the bill was for, and that it had to be paid because we accepted the call (which is impossible), not in the office at the time. Verizon put a block on the Arizona number that showed up on the bill. We attempted to contact Transaction Clearing LLC and did not receive a response (no one answered the phone) during the time we called. I have been dealing with Aaron's in Conway South Carolina for over 7 months. I have been a model customer. I have paid my payments 15 days early every month! I purchased a new Nissan Maxima in 2007 and two years later with 95, 000 Kilometers the air compressor needed to be replaced at a cost of nearly $2000 including the part, labor and taxes. The warranty expired at 60, 000 and the company refused to cover it even though it is a part that should not break down. Although the Maxima is a nice vehicle I would not recommend buying one and only buy a Nissan if you are willing to spend money on an extended warranty. My wife and I purchased furniture in oct2009, couch, coffee table, dining room table and kitchen server.
