This is a scam. They get you to come to a high pressure sales presentation with promises of "free" gifts, but nothing they give you is free. Everything requires you to mail money to get your "free" gift. I purchased an item and when I received it, it was the wrong item. It was listed incorrectly on their web site (and still is!). I requested an RMA the same via their web site. After more than a month, I still do not have the RMA. They are blaming the manufacturer because Home Annex uses drop-shipping, so only the manufacturer can take something back. This is bullsh*t. Have been Starhub subscriber for many years. Noticed that the Tamil channels provides untasteful list of programmes daily. 3 Channels which all mainly runs the India based serials with very repeated few movies distastefully selected. I ordered a toner cartage and when it arrived most of the toner had managed to come out of the cartridge, and end up all over the inside of the box and all over my clothing when one opened the box. Toner does not come out of clothing easy.
