I wish I had found the ripoff report, BEFORE I fell for this internet scam. The site itself contains zero data. Every search comes back empty - even for known social security death indexes. Most searches lead you to a list of online search engines that charge as well. I've noticed that all the rebuttals for these reports state 'Rebuttal Employee -contact us for technical support'. That's a load of bull as well, the only way you can contact the company is through an online email reply. Don't waste your time, you won't get a reply back. I've learned my lesson. I switched my phone service to Affordable Phones because they only charge $20.00 a month. Unfortunately, if you ask me, you only get $20.00 worth of service per month as well. I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress 2 1/2 years ago and it is defective. The sides are sinking in terribly while the center is hard and much higher in position. My parents purchased one as well and are having the exact same problem. I paid to have an inspector come and they told me that this was normal and claimed I had a stain as well which cancelled my useles warranty. There was no stain at all. Now I have to pay another $50 to have someone come out and tell me the exact same thing. I would never purchase a mattress from Leeds and / or Simmons. Neither one will honor the warranty. We are not even Tru-Green customers...our neighbors are. We came home one day to a blue dog. Now, I am sure that he was barking at the Tru-Green guy, but the dog was covered snout to tail in blue (we have pictures). Well my local walmart store did not want to replace my battery, that it's still under the three year free replacement warranty, because I didn't have a receipt. There is a popular pop-up ad called google pro. Something about a home-based business. They advertise selling a cd for $3, and in the small print, they deduct another $75 without ptiot approval.
