New York State
September 29, 2008
New update from New York State. This morning I tried to log into my own art gallery site with MY art displayed in it. Only to be told I am denied access to the work, I created. I have all the original art that they are displaying under my name. I also now have copies of the help support ticket I filed and copies of what comes up when you access MY GALLERY. You are Banned Susan from your own work you created. So now I will have to put it somewhere else . Because once again anyone who wants can steal my address/ art/packages/ or anything else... read full review »

Gevalia Coffee
April 19, 2007
I obtained a membership with Gevalia last year. I had heard good things and liked their product. Last month they decided to ship me 4 lbs of coffee without authorizing it and charged me $39.95. This charge caused my account to be overdrawn, my rent check and another check was returned NSF and I accumulated over $200.00 in fees. I contacted Gevalia and they returned the $39.95 and $25.00 for fees. The are refusing to correct this matter. I would encourage everyone I know to find another source of coffee. This is a very poor way to do business. read full review »

Wilhelmina of PA

WILHELMINA OF PA IS A SCAM!!! Wilhelmina of P.A. is a supposed modeling/talent agency but they charge people $2400 for all kinds of fees, such as: forcing you to use their own photographer, their own modeling/acting classes, website, fedex, and many many more. First they bait you by not telling you these fees when they advertise on Craigslist and then when you attend their open call you find out what they're really after--the talent's money. You're not even allowed to use your own photographer, it has to be theirs and... read full review »

Manchester Subaru
orquit June 18, 2009
Owner Todd Berkowitz and salesman Matt Knezevic conspired to cheat me (and presumably many others) out of an "owner loyalty rebate" advertised by the dealer. This fraudulent practice could not be any more blatant: the dealer prominently advertised a $500 rebate on the purchase of a new Subaru Outback Sport for existing owners. At purchase Knezevic took the information, and repeatedly assured me that everything was "all set". After months of waiting, and having Berkowitz tell me that the check will arrive soon (including "it... read full review »

Purchased a Suunto watch 6/09 along with a 2 year warrenty from Dexclusive (which was a mistake via not unselecting a check box on check out). On a side not I tried to call Customer service to get rid of the warrenty and was not able to. Thought I was lucky I didn't when the watch broke 2 months later. Customer service has had it ever since 9 MONTHS! I will spare you details but bottom line is they are not authorized dealers for the watches they sell. All is well unless it breaks. Customer service seems lovely until you need them. They do... read full review »

Easy Life Furniture
July 18, 2006
We purchased a couch from Easy Life Furniture (www.easylifefurniture.com). The buying experience was pleasant enough, but when it came time for them to deliver the couch, we had a horrific experience with them. Firstly, they tried to jam the couch into the elevator and when it didn't fit they became angry and tried to force me to sign a waiver of liability so if they damaged the couch, I was liable for it. After I refused to do this, they became even more belligerent. I refused delivery of the couch, since they would only bring... read full review »

I went in with my family to have a family photo taken and the photographer (Roni) was a very poor photographer. She only told my husband and I where to sit and how to sit. But she didnt help out at all when it came to my children. Because of where my oldest daughter stood and how she stood the picture was taken horizontally and I wasnt aware of this until after she had cropped the picture. No one in my family or us even have an 8x10 frame that sits horizontally on our walls. Not only that, but when I wanted a picture of my two girl... read full review »

Bought a truck from Payday Motor Sales & they blew me off when they were supposed to complete work on the truck--doing the work is in writing & was a deal-breaker. I have called and spoken to every employee, supervisor, and the manager of the corporate office and they have been nothing but dishonest and deceptive. Z57 did not generate one (1) real lead for us and charged us over $300 to develop a website we had to go in and customize. They then charged $99 a month for hosting with many many promises of business leads and marketing. We contacted the company to reduce the monthly from $99 to $49. They continued to charge our account for the original $99 per month and have yet to provide a refund. We have talked with 5 different people including a supervisor, David Keays, saying our money was to be refunded and would be in 2-3 business days. That was a month ago. Shady business and they do not provide what they promise. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! read full review »

On October 6, 2007 I went with my boyfriend to look into hair transplants and similar opportunities. Hearing about the hair club for men and women, I figured it would be a rewarding experience.
