Even though new frames and lenses had not been ordered by the store, and I canceled the request the next business morning I was told that they never refund money; it was theirs to keep (per manager). Though countless messages were left for the franchise owner, and a faxed letter was sent politely requesting my money not be held hostage, no one has replied. Basically, they stole money from me and guess what, there isn't anything that can be done. It is their business practice at the Woodstock, GA location and my fault in not knowing who I was doing business with prior to trusting them. read full review »

tangowire
Gudbaar August 9, 2010
I believe tangowire uses false-pretenses to get customers to pay for this garbage! 99 percent of the women on there site are basic-members, and tangowire knows that very well...yet the site continues to let unsupecting customers pay for a service, that they can never use unless you give tangowire all of your hard-earned money! this is my second time using tangowire. the first-time i use this site was years ago, back then it was FREE for a paid member to contact a basic-member...not anymore right tangowire?! there WILL NOT be a third time using this site...and i'm going to let as many people as possible know about this terrible dating site!! read full review »

On 23 Jun I purchased a set of six outside solar lamps Model #79339 79330. I installed the units on 24 Jun and they worked fine but on 26 Jun one of the lamps was very dim. I tool it apart and checked and one of the batteries would only charge to .4 volts and the other would only charge to 1.0 volts. I put the batteries in a separate charger and had the same problem. I called the number 1-800-283-6607 and got a message all was bush to leave a message, I did. After a day with no answer I sent an email to [email protected] and the message... read full review »

I ordered a pair of coach shoes for 69.99 plus tax and shipping and got an email stating that under 'new management' my order could not be processed and I would be receiving a refund in 3-4 days. That was over 10 days ago and I've written a dozen emails and never gotten a response. The phone number on my credit card bill is disconnected, and there is no contact phone number on the website. Further, I have searched the net over and over and not found replicas of most of the shoes I've found on their website, leading me to think they are all fake anyway. read full review »

Car-Hire-UK

Through a live chat window I booked a hire car with Car-Hire-UK. I gave them all my credit card details. After that I googled their company to find this website. I told the person I wanted to cancel the order and he said that I could not do so. I argued that he hadn't confirmed with me that the car rental had been approved, but he told me to check my email. He said that a 500 pound deposit needed to be made 4 weeks before the hire as an insurance deposit. Realising this was a scam I finished the chat with him and rang the bank straight... read full review »

I visited my brother in louisville, ky and we went to pf changs in louisville and we never got after waiting nearly 2 hours. The customer sevice was horrible. They just forgot about us and there was attempt to let us know hou much longer it was going to take to get in. nothing was said. They did not even offer us anything to drink. Yon need to tell people the truth on how long it will take to get in. I think waiting 2 hours is too long to wait in any restaurt. I had heard how good the food was, but I do not think it is that good to be waiting for 2hours I will never eat at a pf changs restarant. You need to think of your customers. read full review »

carribean cruise lines

If anyone reads this, I am writing this to save others from having to go through a crappy and expensive experience. Carribean Cruise Lines is basically a scam to get the most money out of you through lying and totally unethical behavior. They tout this "trip and cruise" to Florida and the Bahamas, but they do not tell you the truth, only whatever it is you want to hear so you'll pay for the trip. Taking their vacation was the worst I've had, and I am still paying for it. Our trip was Ft. Lauderdale, then Cruise to... read full review »

In the past week (End April 2010), I have searched for moving quotes, and car shipment quotes. Many sites will not provide you quotes through email, and will call you continuously until they reach you. Well, the owner of this company, William Avrich, called my home at 6:45 AM, and I stated on the phone, that he needs to learn to be respectful b/c it is very early. He cussed me out on the phone, and hung up. I called back to speak to the manager, to find out he is the sole owner of the company. When I called back, he cussed me out more... read full review »

We saw the charge show up on our bill. Neither my wife nor I remember signing up. I called the telephone company who told me to call therecipesquad.com. I did that, and while they did cancel service, they would not credit the account because they had our sign up form. They sent me a copy. The form has correctly my wife name, email address our home address but shows my wife birthday incorrectly. We regularly send rebate form for products that have our name, address, phone number and email. This company must have obtained these from some such database. I am looking for way to force them to refund my payments. read full review »
