I ordered merchandise on in Mid December. A month later, I hadn't received any merchandise, and they informed me that would ship in a few days. Then they sent me a shipping Number. When I checked the priority shipping, it said that fed ex had not received delivery of the page. From then until today feb.1, I have email every five days. I boarded Saudi Arabian Airlines flight SV0750 on 12th SEP07 at 10:35 am from Riyadh to Mumbai, the flight returned back to Riyadh airport due to some technical problems. The Third Watch DVD series that seen me was useless. The package was damaged when it arrived. One case inside was damaged. Of the DVD's I looked at and tried playing; one was scratched, one wouldn't play at all, and the audio wasn't with the video on two that I did play. We just spent $1400 on Maya's first luxated patella surgery. Olga told us to wait on the problem (why, so she could tear her ACL), and that she would grow out of it.
