We have a built-in Thermador Model SC302TW convection/conventional double oven, purchased it in May 2000. It failed almost immediately and was fixed at the end of June. It worked for a while, then failed again and was fixed in July, 2003, toward the end of the warrantee- only parts were covered. Soon after the panel grew too dim to read. I received my tax refund via a direct deposit to an H&R Block Emerald Card as I was told I would receive my refund much faster. I was told I would receive an e-mail once my card was activated and the money was in the account. On October 27th, 2007, my husband and I went to the nearest Picture Me (Super Walmart) Studio. We had to drive fourty-five minutes to go to this studio, and upon arrival, was told that we would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half, due to appointments. Fine. My sister bought a pup from these people a couple of weeks ago and the pup is very sick. Vet speculates it is because of in-breeding which led to the baby doll face of her Pom. All of their pups look the same. Poor Pom-Pom has breathing problems, eye and ear problems because of the structure of her face. This company represents a seller of MBT shoes. They sell knock off product for 1/2 of what these shoes sell for in the US. I refused the package and it was sent back. I hired a car from them in April 10 to go to my young cousins funeral who passed away leaving a wife and two young kids. I hired a car for the day and brought it back without a scratch or anything else wrong with it which they have agreed. Well, I have a friend who is the manager for the Buffet Palace in Killeen, Texas.
