Wow, dealing with Anthopologie online is painful. The online order was split into 2 packages, and one of the packages never arrived. Anthropologie 's policy is that you have to wait 14 days of not receiving the package in order to file a claim. Except of course, in that 14 days, the item that was lost is no longer in stock. Please learn from my experience. I bought a microwave and was given a newly packaged one. The box was in perfect condition. Drove home 2 hours away from Bunbury and took out a terribly damaged microwave. Two phone calls and numerous emails asking Good Guys to allow refund or exchange when next in Bunbury. I live in an apartment in central Phoenix of 985 sq ft. I live here with my husband and two little boys. Our apartment is a two bedroom, two bath with washer and dryer. We took a membership in December from the marketing executive called Deepa. She used to call us everyday to take membership. Now after we have upgraded the membership and we have already paid half the amount we have still not received Allotment letter. This cat food made all 5 of my cats extremely sick. The dog even got into one of their bowls and it made her just as sick. All six animals have extreme diahrrea. Every store that does not offer bathrooms to their customers should not be allowed to operate. If someone needs a bathroom, it is never a matter "oh yippee, I've been waiting to use the bathroom at Dollarama". They try to get you to buy the special, "buy 2 get 2 free" for $159. I bought only one bottle for $90 and it never arrived but the credit card was charged a day after order time. The "risk-free trial" is also a scam in that the 30 day trial starts at order time, not arrival time. They claim it takes "around" 2 weeks to ship. After 32 days, no shipment. Customer Service is very difficult to get through and if you do, they refuse to cancel the shipment or refund money unless you return the pills (which I never got).
