I live in a small condominium that had Conservice as the submetering company. For three years our meters have never worked right. They were just billing each unit with a property average. That is a legal way to do billing, but it is not what we wanted. We wanted to bill individual usage. Now they claim they are not responsible for the meter installation, but if they knew all along that the meters were not working properly and kept dismissing several complaints. On July 11, 2008 my son (17 years old) purchased a 2000 VW Jetta GLS from Hopkins Automotive in Seaford, Delaware. I met the owner Tom Hopkins personally and he seemed like a quality guy. They didn't tell me that there was a 7-10 day wait when I purchased a phone online . I paid $18.00 for next day delivery and on the order page it never said you need to wait an additional 7-10 days for them to process the order. There is free delivery in 7-10 days. British Delights has several complaints against them registered with the Better Business Bureau. Since they are not a member, they do not care what the BBB has to say. This particular gas dealer is troubling us quite a bit and not issuing gas cylinders in time. He does not let us book a cylinder with in 30 days from the day it was last issued (not with in 30 days from the time we last booked for the cylinder). Also he is taking about 3 weeks to issue the cylinder from the date it is booked. I have informed about these happenings couple of times. This time I got quite anger and complained (orally) him the trouble we are having. But he is not so bothered/worried. My family went on a Carnival cruise October 20-25 which included my one year old daughter, husband and parents.
