I am very skeptical of this company because they state they are not associated with any company. If you look on the State of Florida's Division of Corporations and look them up (http://www.sunbiz.org/search.html), you can look them up and they are the same owners of: Timeshare Resales USA, CHL MARKETING INC, JRW MARKETING INC, Timeshare Division, Inc, and VACATION PROPERTY DEED TRANSFER SERVICES INC. It seems that these are the same people that have been timeshare scamming for years, and now are going to take all of that information and try to scam them again with another pipe dream. Best Buy Online offered a deal of 2 Motorola KRZR K1m white phones with 2 year service agreement with Verizon for $0. However, two days after our order was posted, the order was cancelled by Best Buy because those phones were actually out of stock. So I was then offered, the similar phone in Red or Silver, except it would now cost $50 per phone. They refused to give a discount on the similar phones to make up for the cancelled order. I called acer for customer support, their recording has some issues so it hung up on me 4 times. so i found another number, the agent wanted to charge me $129.90 just to talk to a technical support agent on the phone. I am not kidding, I was pretty shocked too when I heard it. Now, it is extremely for me to reach acer, i dug up a number of phone numbers from them, but none of them lets me talk to agents. I have a number of laptops at home, such as HP, whenever I call them, they always answer me with a nice attitude and help solve my problem. I went to pump gas on an Arco gas station on Avalon and 213th St, in the city of Carson, paid on the automatic payment machine outside $30 in total. Apparently only $10 went through according to the cashier but it shows $20 for change but he wouldnt give me my change or let me pump $20 of gas. He told me to leave my number and IF they went OVER when they open the machines( which is two days later), they might give me a call. Silv Communication posed as AT&T stating they will lower your bill fo local and long distance calling. I admit it, I fell for the scam and did a phone recording of me agreeing to some terms. I just don't know how they got my information and how AT&T allowed them to charge this on my phone bill. I wanted to check out Grammarly.com - the online grammar checker. I opted for a 1 month only plan. So I was to be charged about USD 20/- for that. It appears that is one of the ways Telus makes a profit. They put $211.00 cancellation fee on my credit card. I phoned in October and they agreed it was an error and would reverse the amount. It is now December and the reversal did not come through. I phoned again and the credit had not been processed.
