I bought their extender deluxe model and it says 180 days satisfaction guarantee. I used it for 3 weeks and it is painful and uncomfortable. I requested return but they told me i HAVE TO use it for 180 days and also I HAVE TO submit 25 posts to their forums. I don't know what kind of return term it is. I has as usual bought my ticket at Egmore station and boarded the train to St. thomas Mount station. An unusual crowd boarded the train at Saidapet station and the whole compartment was packed with no space to move. This is the ladies compartment. And further in Guindy some more got in. In this confusion, I happened to drop my ticket that I was holding to in the crowd. When you order something on back order they still charge your credit card as of the day of the order. I don't think you should get charged for that item until they have the product and are ready to send it to you. I have also had trouble with getting qouted one S&H charge and then product is sent from a couple of different warehouses and they incurred more S&H then expected because there was more than one package. The dataone connection given by BSNL is not working. since the date of modem given to me the BSNL DataOne people have not at all responding to me or my phone calls. They say that they dont have any service personnel to attend the Broad band connection problems. They simply give a modem and some accessories and a password and username there ends the matter.
