Never responded to emails after buying copy to disk or even till now. Took a chance and used the simplistic program. Halfway through it bogged down causing the computer to reboot to a fatal error bluescreen. It was unable to reboot until I tried 'SafeMode' which didn't work but at least allowed the checkdisk to function. Since March 5th 2009 my AT&T Internet connection drops off on a regular basis in the evening. Every evening. I have called AT&T many times. I called to make a payment and asked if I could make one on line. However they do not have a wesite that one can make a payment at but for only $14.95 processing fee I could make a payment over the phone. I needed to pay my bill today or it would be late so I had to pay the fee. Now here is the clincher. They do not let you pay the fee with your bill from your checking account.
