I ordered from this website and they never shipped my items but they did charge my card. I paid extra for 2 day express shipping which doesn't make since when they don't even send out the items. My husband has two credit card accounts with WAMU bank. Somehow one of the accounts got overlooked. They sent it to ICC for collections. Now our other account with WAMU is up to date, no problems. We bought our home and paid a premium because we were backing on to a future school site. After 4 years, the school board decided not to build the school there. The builder now is planing over 40 homes in this area. We did not receive the premium we paid to have this lot. To add insult to injury, in our new home, one of the rooms floor ventitlation does not work. No air conditioning, no heat. I have been looking into gov. grant I received a email for the 360 grant went to the sight. It said there was a charge of 1.95 for shipping and handling of the grant kit. I filled the add out. The service at this company totally stinks. The people that you try to talk with cannot speak good English and they have standard answers. My internet download speed sucks 8 hours out of 24. Of the remaining 16 hours, we sleep approximately 8 so that only give us about 8 hours of what is suppose to be quality service. My husband's doctor performed an X-Ray at this facility. The doctor was in our Blue Shield network. Main Street was adjacent to the doctor's office. The desk clerk at Main Street asked for his insurance card upon check-in but did not disclose that the facility was out of Blue Shield's network of medical services providers. I ordered a watch through Blue Fakes. They made me give them a money order for COD after they called me and told me their computers would be down and they couldn't take my charge card. Then they gave me a cheap phony watch that I had paid $300 for. They will not return calls or email. They have two phony sites that give them good reviews.
