I wish I had seen this site before I used Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte. They have the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mothers day, they were never delivered. I have been trying for over 3 months to get a refund but so far have gotten nothing but the run around. I was contacted by phone by world class services representative in May 12/09 claiming they could help reduce my credit card debt with in 30 days or it is free if they can not provide the services agreed upon. As an employee with the company, I was constantly being harassed by my supervisor. I reported 3 separate incidents to my manager, only to have the supervisor get worse after each complaint because he knew that I was complaining about him. When attempting to voice my fourth complaint to Human Resources, I was fired instead of getting the chance to explain what happened to me. I have lived in River Oaks Apartments for over 3 years. It has been a wonderful, clean, and kept up environment until Avalon Oaks, LLC took over as management. During the winter months, walkways and parking lots do not get plowed. This summer, no one has landscaped around the building. Bushes are overgrown, weeds are growing tall, and grass is rarely cut. There is also trash overflowing in the pool area. Outside, lights are burnt out and some apartment windows are broken. No matter how many times you call and complain, they do nothing. In an attempt to make an appointment with my colorer, whom I see every four weeks, I was put on hold and left there by a female employee at the front desk. Finally, a male employee came on who gave me a 12:40 color appointment with a 2:10 style appointment. When I pointed out to him that I would be left sitting with a wet head for over 30 minutes, he proceeded to tell me how color works. A college-age girl came to my door claiming she was selling magazines to raise money for a college trip. The magazines would be donated to soldiers in the military. I ordered 6 different "trial" products without researching the Company. I received them promptly, but, before I had time to try them, I received new shipments of each one. They charged them to my credit card, at full price. Not only that, they charged me full price for the trial products. This has been our experience with my free estimates. This is all highly factual information. We bought 89 leads at current prices of $45.00 each that equals $4, 005.00.
