I used Intellis to purchase some information and got nailed by a company called 24 protect plus for an unauthorized $14.95 I sent Intellis an E-mail asking them if they were in on the scam and to inform them that if they did not apologize for allowing 24 Protect plus access to my Debit card info and to send me proof that Intellis had terminated their association with 24 Protect plus that I would submit my story to several Internet scam sites. I have put money on my cell phone. I have never been able to receive a collect call on it and it tells the person that the number is no good, however all the money I put on the phone is gone. Wonder where it went into the giant Evercom Pot. They have is over a barrell as this is the only way we can have contact with our loved ones. Fails to pay her bills and failed to pay me for work performed at the US Storage facility off of Hawthorne Blvd. She will trick you into working for her and then pay you with a check which she will then promptly cancel and make a stop payment on. She expects you to work for her and then tries to guilt you into doing free work. Very nasty and mean lady. Several calls have produced zero results from her. Comparable to the other complaints, Freefuelcenter.com sent the first three gift cards, then said my receipts were wrong. As an accounting auditor, they were submitted correctly. In March, 2009 was the first indication that they were up to something. Have not received anything since February submittals. They probably scammed each gas company for the gift cards, then sold them on the side to others, and then give the consumer some excuse for not processing. Send them to jail for their actions. AVS MEDIA is guilty of on line fraud!! I had a trial of their Video Tools package (which actually seems like a good product) and purchased it for about $40 on line. For the last 3 weeks have been emailing twice a day to support and sales asking for a registration key for the product that I purchased. No response. They even have a support form for resending a registration key which I have filled out 8 times with no response. No registration key. The product is unusable as I have it now. I have applyied for a loan modification with GUARDIAN SERVICES GROUP since Januray of 2008. They took a long time get my modification case started, in fact, I've found on my own by calling my bank (wachovia) in October, that they still have not submitted anything and that they've only received a Borrowers Authorization form in January so they can negotiate on my behalf but that was it!! Late February my friends and I went to Planet Beach in Roseville with a 'free day pass' to try out the spa. This company claims that they will beat any price and says they charge only $29 for a re-key. Then they get to your house. For me they charged $29 for the service call, $169 for new installation, $188 for two new locks, a re-key charge of $65, and labor for $75. This evening I saw three advertisements for mcdonalds coffee in spanish and I am in the US, our language is english.
