GE Cash Card, India, Pune. No proper service support. System has fault in monthly statement delivery system. Always send letters late without any marginal time to return the amount. Customer has to pay interest on those late days even though they have not received letter in time. This loop continues for forever since you never gets a letter in time. This is there usual practice to cheat the customer. Customer care line, seems to be restricted to be called from their offices only. Many numbers found wrong. Does not give any customer call /complaint number for further references.

I have been charged for the last 6 months $12.95 + Tax on my AT&T bill for a total of 13.73. I have no idea what this is about, they state that I applied for a 1-800 number, which I did not and have never had any need for a 1-800 number. I feel pretty stupid not noticing this before now, but I did not. I have been told that they will refund 3 months to my att account, but I will have to apply for them to review my case to receive the other 3 months. read full review »

I paid postage to UKfor a sample trial which was free of Slimming Herbal Supplements and now after 2 more paymnts the Company have taken from my Visa Account £109.79.
I did not sign up for this programme and have not authorized these payments.
Please do something immediately.
The payments are being taken by GHS Health Store Panama.
One payment for £37.54 on the 24th August and another for £72.25 on the 26th August

I am having the Braodband connection since Jan31, 2008. But I am facing a typical problem that my broadband is working with computer but my telephone is dead. I am able to surf through the same connection. what could be the reason. Local exchange is facing difficulty to solve the problem. Inspite of number of reminder they are unable to solve the problem.

Magazine was never renewed.
One month ago they charged my card $26 as an recurring charge which was not authorized by me.

We to were cheated out of $31.85 by this company. Requested a refund and was told by a live chat person to fill out refund form. They gave us a confirmation number and told us it would be credited back to our bank account. We are in the process of disputing the charges with our bank. Filed a complaint with BBB. I took the bait on getting samples of tooth whitening product. The company has then charged my credit card account $58.71 for monthly enrollment without my express permission. I went to the internet looking for a lender who would loan me 50000 to consolidate debt, particularly as to credit cards. fairway Lending Group contacted me by telephone. I referred them to my wife who had the better credit. I was doing an online survey and ordered a book about government grants for $ 2.87 that was to be charged to my debit card and instead of charging me the $ 2.87 (p&h), they wound up charging me a total of $ 83.11. We bought a new Tiburon on a Friday evening that was dirty, needed the wheels changed, and a second key fob. They did not have time to complete the work on Friday and gave us an appointment for Monday at 11:00am. The sales person Kathy, even said she would refill the gas tank then. This Car dealer likes to sell cars that belong to other people, so if a problem occurs he'll act like he's just the middle man and has nothing to do with it. DO NOT ORDER FREE SAMPLE: I ordered a free sample of Dazzlewhite and this is what happened. I was charged by the following companies 1. VH Access $3.24, , 2. Healthmember $ 7.14 and 3. Whitesmile charged me twice in August on the 9th and 19th for a total of $117.42. The total for my "FREE SAMPLE WAS $127.80. This is a scam and the product is junk. Do not, under any circumstances do business with these people. They are con artists of the first order. They are middle men, have no product, specialize in delay stories, confusion, misinformation and outright lies. They are unable to honor any shipping commitments, and based on a review of other complaints, when they finally deliver, you get junk. I have been charged for a 7/4/08 order that was cancelled 7/31/08 and still not delivered as of 8/18/08 even though they charged my card on 8/5/08. I'll now be in a prolonged battle over this. I received an email from a company calling themselves MS fabrics. No address was included, just a phone number. They are soliciting for a book keeper in my area, work from home, part time pays well. I got a GE washer and have extended warranty on it. I noticed water leak and turned off the water outlets and asked GE to send a service guy to fix it. The service guy came and told me there's nothing wrong and told me that he would only replace the plastic tub cover. He replaced the plastic cover, tightened the water outlets and turn on the water outlets. The water started to leak again around midnight. I waked up in the morning and my house was flooded. Land Rover Houston North will say ANYTHING to make a sale and then screw you over! When I leased my LR3, I told them that my biggest concern was that I live far from the dealer and I had heard Land Rovers broke down frequently. The salesman promised that any time the car broke down, they would send a loaner car and pick up my car. On that basis we leased the car. Sure enough, the car had numerous problems. An electrode had gone out, which according to the PoolEx technician that came to fix the unit, should lasted four years. I went to order these AFC on their website, I ordered the set as seen on their home page, buy one set and get a second set free. I was billed $28.94 twice and after more than a dozen phone calls, emails, I cannot get my money refunded. I speak to Asian or hispanic CS people who keep apologizing for this and assure me that my refund is being processed. This is since Aug 7. Last time, I spoke to a SUPERVISOR who said I will be refunded and she would call me back (PROMISED SHE WOULD) within 24-48 hours and did not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered the WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors (Window Vent Visors) from ThePartsBin.com. I received them very quickly, but the box was smashed and ripped because they shipped these in their display box instead of repackaging them (please note that they are plastic and break easily!). My transmission is slipping to the point where the car does not move. I had it towed to a dealer where they contacted Penn Warranty which I have never used since I purchased it in 10/05 and they said they would need a diagnostics done and would have to know what parts exactly need to be replaced. Penn Warranty does not pay for diagnostics even though they request them.
