I have been attempting to call this number (1-877-350-8480) for the past several days to cancel the shipping of the product. Major scam. I ordered "free trials" of both products for amount of shipping fee and was subsequently charged $38.95 and $39.95 and unknowingly became a club member. On 27 Feb 08 our order for the product we ordered was supposedly processed. It was suppose to take 14 - 21 days for delivery. As of this date, 5 Apr 08, we have not received it. SC Parts took my bank card details and charged my card for the goods I ordered. They promised delivery next day and indeed I paid for the next day service. I never received the goods from SC Parts and now I have lost over £2000 and having to go to court to recover this. I have heard the same stories now from many people who dealt with SC parts group. $34.95 was just debited from my account on Oct. 10, 2008. I have no idea who MB Hot Planet is, so I called the 1-866-572-1111 number that I saw along with the debit. A woman answered, and I told her that I have never purchased anything from this company, and that I demand a refund. She said she would take care of it and also mentioned that it was a subscription that she would cancel immediately. My $34.95 would be refunded in 7-10 business days.
