I have written letters as well as emails and have not gotten a response from anyone. I decided to call but after being given about 8 different phone #s, no one was able to help. I am certain that I am disconnected by design. In utter frustration now, should I contact my lawyer?? The problem is that my clothes smell moldy after ashing. I also complained about the rubber lining being mildewed and has worn thin ans so it can burst at any time. I suffer with asthma triggered by allergies, so this has become a major health issue for me. I have been told that I should use bleach, but we are on a septic system and do not use bleach.

I bought the whirlpool refrigerator almost 2 years back and found the following issues. We had cooling issue and register the complaint. The service man looked into the issue and he mentioned that we need to fill GAS, after the GAS filling we still had issue and found additional problem of water leaked behind the fridge. We called again and another service man said that GAS which filled is more and caused the issue and he reduced the GAS, but still we had issue and registered again. On 3/16/07 my disabled daughter was looking for ways to help out the family financially. She has a 2yr. old son. And my disabled brother is in our house. Well the quick card service took money out of our account without authorization. When I tried to notify them I get the run around. I've e-mailed them 3 times as I was directed to do. On August 6, 2007 I had a withdraw from my checking account in the amount of $149.95. This was actually done with my debit card. After contacting my bank I found out this was done by nexgenlabsusa.com. I was informed that I placed an order for diet pills. There supposedly was a free trial offer and if not canceled within a certain length of time you would be charged a fee of $149.95. I did not order the free trial offer.

I had read the numerous complaints about Gately's poor service but thought these were probably "sour grapes" - WRONG!!. I have had the worst experience possible with this company. I ordered a car charger for the SG2 skycaddy golf GPS system. I ordered the serial version, the one shown online, but received the USB version. I am very upset that I was charged for a service that I did not request. The website asked me to inout my credit card information in order to receive my FREE credit report. Had I known that they were going to rip me off, I would not have entered my information. I demand that I be refunded the $12.00 that was deducted from my account. AT&T assigned a bad number to my new home. The number was blocked by MCI for outstanding debts in past years.
AT&T said that they would give me a new number, but I would still have to pay the bill for the bad number.
I paid $106.
3 weeks later I received another bill for $53 on the bad number. AT&T said it was a bill for a partial month on the bad number. I paid $53.

I was approached by one of their DSA's - Trinity Services in Mumbai, for a Walky subscription. They offered a spacial rate of Rs:561.00 and the numerous Plans. I opted for the Rs:180.00 Plan.
They offered that if I make a cash payment, I would be provided running services within 3 days. I signed their subscription form on the 27th of Feb'07.

I ordered a coffee table from this company in May. It was suppose to ship within 3-5 business days. I called to check and the coffee table was suppose to be custom made so they were running behind. But it was suppose to once again be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Still no coffee table. Finally I called back then the coffee table was suppose to ship by the end of the week. This was in June. This company is a scam. File a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. This is complete Fraud! It is obvious this company is making money hand over fist by never sending out the actual products people pay for. Wesellmags.com = FRAUD!
Beware of bestchoicemags.com as well. Wesellmags is their parent company. Same address and website layout. Neither will actually send you what you pay for and neither will respond to e-mails or voicemails.

In July I ordered a Wheat & Mixed grass basket, on 7/18, I received the wrong item from them which I returned per their instructions. They will not acknowledge its return even though I have delivery confirmation from the post office. They have not refunded the item, or the postage cost to return the item. I have sent emails to their " customer service" lol. And I have tried calling them numerous times only to be told "we're sorry, due the large volume of calls please try another time" So my advise is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PETALS. read full review »

And the worst part, trying to contact the Spice Customer Care, puts me on IVR queue for as long as 30 minutes, but no one even bothers to respond. Unfortunately I was also a victim of MotoBahn. When I order online from someone whom I'm not familiar with I order small, If I get what I paid for great, if not then I don't order again. Bought a phone on their website, wanted to return since it was supposed to be a gift, was told to wait for return label (You have to spend 2 hrs just to talk with someone!) No label was shipped ever!!!!
After 45 days, was told to ship the phone back, follow-up after got the return receipt, said need 8 to 10 weeks for refund! And it's been 12 weeks and still no refund!

I don't know who www.everprivatecard is or what they do, but somehow I was duped into giving them my bank information for promises of services that I have no use for, so far they have tried to take $99.00 out of my checking account twice from my bank and I received a $25.00 charge each time they tried to take out the money. As I stated earlier, I might have been promised pre approval or some other loan extraction help, but I am sure the company called www.everprivarecard.com is not doing anything for me.

On 4/20/07 $49.95 was deducted from my checking account under Share Draft 999. I question my Credit Union about it. I told them that I did not authorize it or had no ideal who or what company it was. I called the person but they became very aggressive and tried to sell other stuff which I refused. I ended up canceling the order and the guy hung up on me. Galaxy is an EXTREMELY slimy operation. The coordinator, Lee, seems very nice when she wants something. But then once they have your money... They will threaten not to deliver your belongings. The driver tried to charge us $100 extra for no reason upon arrival and since we refused to pay it... They dumped our things in the front yard for us to carry on our own. Hi, When I had submitted my Passport renewal application (H004118) at Delhi office on 12th Mar 2007, I was told that I would get my passport in first week of June, subject to documents in order and clear police verification. Documents were in order and police verification was done in second week of Apr. I have been checking the status online since June 5th. The status just says that it will be dispatched in a week's time. It is almost end of the month and I am still waiting for my passport. My travel has already got delayed due to this.
