I open an account with this law firm to consolidate my bills and i kept getting deeper in debt and they kept taken my money out of my checking acct. I finally put stop payments on automatic withdrawals and sent several emails and letters and phone calls to this attorney and he wrote me back and said he would take care of this for me and i haven't heard anything since may 15th of this year 2007. I wrote a letter on june 22 and i will be sending it to him to see if i will be able to get my money back but i have read several articles from several people having a lot of problems with this attorney and i am not losing my money. I was online looking for a consolidation loan to help me get all my bills under one payment. I did not authorize anyone to withdraw any money from my account. They took $49.95 out of my account, which led toa $36.00 additional charge for insufficient funds. I have just enough money in my account to pay my monthly bills and now the bank charges me the extra $36 because I didn't have the funds necessary to pay for this. I rec'd a phone call telling me I won a $1,000 dollar shopping spree, and to receive it, I would have to listen to a sales-pitch on TriStar Vacuum cleaners. Up Country sold me a table and 6 chairs, told me that they have stock, but has to rely on third party company to deliver the table. They charged me in full and 100 delivery charge, told me 2-3 weeks estimate, but will try to give me the table in 2 weeks. Word to All, I made the mistake of ordering VoIP service for my small business from Package 8. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Their easy set-up and installation was nothing short of a nightmare. The installation instructions were vague and incorrect. I recently made a deposit at my local branch, cash. It showed up as a ledger balance of the deposit amount + the balance of my account on the same day as my deposit. This led me to believe the funds were available, so I purchased a plane fare using my ATM card the same evening. I noticed three charges of 49.96 on my credit card along with two $20 and $25 charges from yahoo and telemessenger? The biggy was from onlinsuplier who charged me $150 over a 3 month period. I signed up for a 1.95 cd to get some software and they charged me 150.00 without a single email, call, mailing or explanation of the charges.
