I have contacted many times to Hutch customer care service, but they say that they will deactivate my caller tone service and refund Rs 30 back to my account. I purchased two new vehicles from Atlantic Toyota in Amityville New York and both vehicles had major problems. The Camry's motor seized after 59,000 miles. The cost to repair this was $4,800 which I had to pay. The Sequoia had a broken transmission after 1 week due to bad electronic parts. I was charge 49.99 by this company and I did not give them permission to debit my account. I did apply for a pay day loan and was turned down, and I remember the pre paid card popping up and I closed the screen, because I am not going to pay to get a debit card and I already have one from my bank, I would like to be fully refunded, and the bank charged me 32.00 for the overdraft. Horrible experience with Done Rite Van Lines – Everything Done Wrong (Chicago, IL). Like others posted on this site, I was called in August of 2005 and offered a good deal on the renewal of four magazines that I was currently getting. Only one of the four magazines continued to be sent and the other three stopped when my original subscriptions (not through UMS) ended. I placed two calls to them and was given some BS about why there was a delay but that everything was in the system to be taken care of. Of course, nothing ever happened and now UMS has taken everyone's money and run. Don't every purchase discounted magazine subscriptions over the telephone! April 27, 2006, after calling numerous hurricane shutter companies I found SSMF. They came out were very nice followed up calling and came out twice to measure before the contract was signed. I placed an order with this company on January 12, 2007. I have not received the order as on today February 5, 2007. Their website states that the order was shipped, but no tracking information is available. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I believe they are taking orders with no intention of sending the merchandise. They charged the order against my credit card.
