One fine day when i picked up my airtel mobile to make a call i found that the outgoing facility from my airtel no has been taken away. I purchased my son's Senior pictures from Dan Tibbetts the owner/photographer of Photo Highlights. I have not received them as of yet and my son has 20 days left of his Senior year. I can't send out invitations to the open house or send his announcements out until I receive them. I have called him and emailed numerous times. He will not return my messages. Recently, I have found out that there are four other people trying to get a hold of Dan for their wedding pictures. They all work at the post office with my ex-husband. Well the scammers are at it again! We own two furniture stores in Southern California and recently received "a cleaning card" for our credit card machine... we didn't order any cleaning card. I hired this company in sept of 2005. To aide with a home foreclosure. They got all my information and money, then they did nothing. I was told to save money by dec first which i did . Then the lies started they claim they were talking to my mortgage company however they never did. This went on for a year when finally i got smart and did it on my own. I placed an order through YAHOO stores from a coffee maker. The store also masquerades under the names of ismartshoppe and Celebrity Appliance. Charges appeared on my credit card and I have yet to hear from anyone. The one email I did received as confirmation indicated the product would be sent in 2-3 days. Just has the control box on the refrigerator (model FR523W3AW5) replaced. From speaking to the repairman this is a very common problem. The repair man said they have has this problem since the model came off the assembly line. The cost was $114.90 plus $75 service charge. I would appreciate if Frigidaire would split the cost with me. We have hired Thompson Landscape, P.O Box 941625, Plano, TX 75094 (972-424-5726) to perform lawn mowing service. They have mowed 7 weeks and so far, they have managed to run over a 15" oak tree and damage a new gutter by denting it with the lawn mower handle. Bought used cars through Reliant Financial in addition to the car payment my wife and I paid credit insurance. We were suppose to get this money back. The contracts was/were Notarized Apostilled destination Russian Consulate Seattle Washington. We bought a 1994 Ford Aerostar and than traded it in for a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am these cars were financed by Reliant Financial and we paid credit insurance on these cars according to the County Court in Georgia Class Action we are entitled to receive this money back it has been over 16 months since we had these cars. read full review »

I have used remit2india.com to send money to India. They says that the rate will be applied as per the exchange rate of the day your funds are converted. They are cheating the customer. They are not disclosing what rate they have applied to your fund. Nor they keep the old rate on their site. What they basically doing is converting your fund on the less rate and saying that was the rate when your fund are converted and cheating the customer. I concur with others who have had bad experiences with Wilmington Finance or their loan servicing division - Morequity. I would not recommend doing business with them. While I was aware of the 3-year prepayment penalty provision when I signed the loan from Wilmington Finance, I did not realize the inconvenience and magnitude of a penalty of 5% of the remaining balance.
