I hired this company on New Years Eve for transportation via a party/shuttle bus for four (4) hours of service. I spoke with the owner and we confirmed (via email) the services to be provided. When the driver arrived, he demanded that we pay him the money up front in full. Since we had limited options on a night that busy, we agreed under pressure and duress to pay in full before getting into the bus. Attending a funeral in Nebraska during blizzard conditions, we purchased a set of chains in Branson before the trip. We did not need to use the item which is still in the sack unopened. On Jan 7, 2010, I had a problem starting my car. I called the CAA to take my car to Canadian tier, they told me that the alternator is broke. I did change it and the battery on Jul 2., 2009 in their shop and did cost me about $1000. This company continually harrasses me regardless of when I make a payment. They call many times a day and threaten me that they are going to either take my car or garnish my wages. Short version: I was getting gas at JT Fuels (Citgo) in Ledgewood, NJ. While gas was pumping, the attendant/manager changed the advertised price at the pump, and told me that I had to pay the new (higher) price ($0.05/gal higher). I made them stop pumping and argued that he needed to honor the original price. He told me it was already changed in the computer 5-10 minutes ago and that there was nothing he could do. Basically he ripped off every customer for those 5-10 minutes, I just the only one to call him on it. I paid the $5 that had already pumped, and left. Advance Auto Air on Gibsonton Dr, Brandon FL replaced my AC compressor on a 1999 Chevy Tracker 21 Dec 09 ($559 for New Nippon Denso Compressor and $225 for labor). They said that it didn't need backflushing, nor an expansion valve or a new dryer because the system was clean when they checked it. I had winter tires put on my car at the Canadian TIre at Shoppers World on December 9/09. On Jan 7th/10, as I was making a right hand turn, my front drivers side tire came off and rolled across four lanes to the other side of the road. All the bolts had come loose and fell off. When the tires had been changed, the bolts for the new tires were not tightened very well. I was lucky not to have been killed or to have caused an accident. I had bad experience with the Budget in Aurora Colorado. Said they would take care of two problems, one being the door ajar light that makes tha alarm go off at random times, and the other a switch inthe steering column that allows the key to be taken out-this one you have to fight for about 10 minutes to get the key out. This company worked on the top half of a Honda Civic engine head which had warped due to broken water pump and overheating. We specifically asked Family Auto to roll up the windows and lock the car while it was on their lot. We asked for a report prior to work being done. They called and said they had already had the top "re-milled" and the engine put together. Hi, I purchased Bajaj Platina on 2nd Oct 2006 using loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Loan No 577044004. I have cleared my entire ECS payments on time. Not a single transaction was bounced. Twelve days ago I ordered a $400 item from exoticsportbike.com . I have to this day not received an invoice. I contacted exoticsportbike.com via email because they do not answer the customer service line. The only answer I received stated that my order had been received. Today I called the sales line and yes exoticsportbike.com answered right away but after hearing that I was checking on an order status I was put on hold for ten more minutes. MetLife Auto Insurance is great if you never put in a claim... they do a fantastic job of taking your money. But if you ever have an accident, it is nearly impossible to get them to respond appropriately to a claim. I had been driving a friend's car and totaled it. Not at fault accident. No other vehicles damaged. But I was behind the wheel. My friend's car was totaled and it didn't have collision insurance.
