Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warantee) from McKenzie's Performance Products, a shop specializing in offroad parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie's, and the manager refused to honor the warantee. He said they do not do warantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks. I purchased a brand new vechile on Dec 24th. My tires were given me problems and issues. they had to download software again and replace the sensor on the tire. I recently tried to trade my 2007 mint condition SAAB in to purchase a new vehicle and the dealer would not take it and contacted 10 different car auctions in an attempt to get blue book value on the car and the most anyone would offer was $14, 000.00. I am a proud owner of a Audi A3, which since my purchase in November of 2004, I have only ever serviced at Audi Fourways Service centre. Received my auto insurace renewal and to my shock they had calculated my annual mileage between 15k & 20k/mi. I've never driven that far in one year. I've been with them for 25 years!! I went in for my normal 3000 mile oil change and it was strongly suggested that i get an engine flush as well. I have never had a single engine problem out of my car and it is very well taken care of. Had my 4x4 truck in for a oil change and 21 point inspection on Nov 27, 2009. 3 weeks later I had a metal grinding noice and my 4x4 failed when I engaged it. I immediately went to my local GM dealer and it was discovered that my front differential was completely dry of oil. This caused the differential to lock up and put enough strain on the transfer case to damage it as well. I immediately went to Pro Lube and informed them of the problem...they didnt care.
