After using Auto Parts Warehouse website my debit card is being charged $21.95 for WC Value Plus. After talking to Auto Parts Warehouse, they admit WC Value Plus is a business partner of theirs. I did not sign up for anything, but, I remember clicking on a pop-up after checkout on their "secure website." Apparently, clicking on the pop-up must have authorized them to scam me. I've read numerous, similiar complaints and it seems the best course of action is to report to my bank who should be able to get a refund for me (according to other complaints), get a new debit card and be more careful buying online. read full review »

At 6:54 am on Dec 26, 2009, I stopped for gas at the Paulsboro BP. My daughter asked for $10.00 worth of gas, the attendant repeated ten (in his best english) and took my daughters debit card. After waiting a while because the station was busy, my daughter gets a receipt for $35.04 worth of gas. My daughter tells the attendant she only asked for $10.00, and he said that my daughter said fill it. On Friday November 20 I dropped my new 2009 GMC off to have it undercoated at 5:00 pm so they could wash and have it dry to undercoat Saturday morning. My 2006 Honda Civic has a cracked engine block, and through my research I have discovered that this is an ongoing problem with the honda civic. There was an TSB issued in the number of TSB 08-044, which states that honda is aware of the issue of engine blocks cracking in the civic and they are aware of the problem. However Honda will not pay to fix my car and I have to come up with $1600 to fix my car. We recently hosted a corporate event in Birmingham. Momentum charged a fortune to provide Executive Coaches to transport very senior execs to and from hotel - train station - office. Vehicles were anything but executive and what we received were not what we paid for in size or in quality. Regarding a 2008 Nissan Xterra SE. Purchased the vehicle (brand new) Feb. 2008. Noticed in Oct. 2009 the spare tire, mounted underneith vehicle was missing. I figured it might have been stolen so I purchased a new rim and tire (approx. $240). This company apparently continued to provide coverage on our car for 7 months after we called and cancelled them. The car has not even been registered as drivable since we dropped the insurance and now they are trying to get me to pay for all this back insurance. Who even does that? We went there based on a quote with an appointment (Dec 21 2009). The internet manager Clennon Preyar didn't even recognize his own quote or for that matter me, the customer. After some hassle we testdrove the cvehicle and the vehicle didnot have the features as quoted.
