Chrysler LLC advertised on their web site that the 2008 LX Town and Country minivan's standard equipment included power mirrors. Frisco McDavid Honda Dealer said my Honda Odessay needed an alignment. I recently had it aligned so I took it back to the place where I got the alignment. They did an electronic alignment test and showed me the print out that read everything green. Basically Frisco Honda Dealer was trying to make an extra buck by telling me my alignment was off when it wasn't. I never thought a Honda dealer would pull a unethical stunt like this. Travelers insurance appraises the vehicles that they have to pay for. Their appraisers always value the vehicle very low to keep their costs low. I was only offered 65 percent of nada value on my "above average " vehicle. They take an average vehicle price, then their appraisers nit pick every single flaw on the vehicle to get the value as low as possible. On July 11, 2008 my son (17 years old) purchased a 2000 VW Jetta GLS from Hopkins Automotive in Seaford, Delaware. I met the owner Tom Hopkins personally and he seemed like a quality guy. Bought a scooter from this place and the thing is basically slowly falling apart. They made it seem that everything internal would be covered for up to one year and the cosmetic parts exterior would be 6 months now the plastics cracking just from riding it and its only 300 miles on it. I rented a car from U-Save in Bayonne and when I brought the car back accidentally left my brand new laptop in the trunk. A friend of mine drove me back there within a half hour of returning the car and the manager, Milton, was extremely nasty and refused to open the trunk of the car so I could get my laptop and threatened to call the police and tell them I was harassing him. I believe I paid for a front brake replacement that I didn't need and didn't get. Therefore, thinking I had received a front break replacement, I was driving on brakes that were 95 percent worn and needed new rotors. Mozarts Garage OMG $20.00 per spark plug and 5 hours to diagnose a radiator leak. Santa Fe New Mexico. Hello fellow victims. I took my 600SEL Mercedes to this person and told him I was told it was overheating and told him to diagnose it and tell me what it needed. Today a person with the dealership called me and they want to give me my down payment back and then I'll give them the vehicle - at which time everyone will be even. It turns out the dealership did not put my loan through. The bank contract was never executed/funded. I made a down payment, they gave me temp plates and I left. The financing was to follow. I purchase a RV warranty from Heritage on 5/25/2004 with it came a refund guarantee. If no claims were made on the warranty for the duration of the contract (4 years) that I would get a full refund of the contract price $4885.00. My claim for refund was processed on 5/26/2008 yet I have received no payment. All attempts to find out the hold up have given me no answers. I bought an import car from them and it was by far the most disappointing car buying experience I have had. They offered a 30 day 1000 mile warranty on the power train/transmission and stated that the car had a complete inspection. They sold the car as if it were in mint condition with no worries to have.
