I am getting 29 mpg (no a/c, closed windows, only 2 adults with total weight of 280 lb, trunk empty, proper tire pressure, no aggressive driving/acceleration, no hills)
When I spoke with Honda Motor Corporation representative about my concerns, he stated the following about the FACTS OF HONDA CIVIC gas consumption.
It is a fact that the car would never get the mileages printed on the sticker that the car came with and it was misleading the public.

I purchased a very expensive extended auto service warranty which claims to be bumper to bumber to protect my engine and other electrical and mechanical components on the engine of my 2002 Corvette convertible. I spoke with my American Family Ins. agent, Lee/Donald Rabidoux about cancelling an auto policy for our 2, 000 Ford Explorer because it was no longer driveable. Also I asked about cancelling two other policies because my neighbor was starting up a Farmer's Ins. agency and he needed my support.

I signed on with Progressive only to find that the bill I received was a lot more than the quote they gave me. I went ahead because I really needed to be covered asap, with the intention of changing insurance companies as soon as possible in mind.
At renewal time I chose not to renew and went to another company.

BE VERY CAREFUL conducting business with O'Reilly Auto Parts. Look close at their return policy. If you use a credit OR debit card and need to return a defective part, they will only credit the ORIGINAL card. This means if you change bank accounts or credit cards, you will be stuck holding the defective part. This policy is an outrage. They are ripping people off. In December 2007, Chrysler offered to pick up the last 5 payments of our existing lease if we would lease a new Chrysler. We took the letter into the dealer and made them an offer which was accepted. The dealer was required to pick up 3 additional lease payments as part of this deal. Chrysler Finance hounded me for months to collect the 3 payments made by the dealer. Encompass Insurance
It seems that when I had need to have my windshield replaced under the "full glass" coverage I met with a few snags.
The original place I went to have my windshield replaced clarified that they have consistent issues with Encompass paying on time due to Encompass' use of third parties.
He went ahead and tried pre-authorization. They said that it was fully covered, but the customer needs to pay out of pocket and then would be reimbursed. That's not what full glass coverage means in their policy.

I purchased a Schwinn bike for my son in Jan 2008. The bike started to have problems after the first 3 weeks. The chain would continually come off the rear wheel. Finally it completely pulled into the rear wheel, broke two spokes and destroyed the rear derailer. I took the bike to Target with receipt within the 90 day window for repair. I have a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS Limited Edition Pace car, which I bought brand new. I have had many problems with it, including lower intake manifold gasket. My daughter purchased a new Ford Fusion in our hometown in LA. She was driving home to Gulfport, MS and noticed her tire kept going flat & she kept stopping to put air in it. At this point the car only had 300 miles on the odometer.

I employeed Precision Autobody to repair rust around the windshield of my 1990 Camaro. The windshield was required to be removed. After I picked the car up and got home, I noticed the dash board was excessively damaged.
I called Paul Calvert (the owner) and notofied him. Since March 26, 2008 Paul has been promising to repair the dash board.

Car Parking
I parked my car at this location to go on a cruise. When I picked it up my rear bumper was wrecked. The owner, Scoot Kupferman, is never in the office to take calls, as I have called to speak with him many times, nor has he returned my calls. Damage is $545.10 and they have not responded - maybe they will contact me when I sue them?

BP shut cards off. Our company paid bill in full and the bank wrongfully held a check we had deposited when the check went through it stated uncollectable not NSF. We called the bank and the error was corrected. We then called BP GAS CARD and told them the error and to reprosses the payment. They stated that the cards would not be re-activated for 10 business days after payment clearance. Just to let everyone know, they do NOT have a license to sell the vehicles they have re-poled or that are on their lot. They DO NOT follow the law as far as having your title within 14 days of purchase nor do they have the vehicles inspected which is required by any auto dealer before selling a vehicle. Stay away from them!! It took me over 3 months to get a title and yet they still haven’t had the car emission, but when I did, it failed miserably. They continue calling daily about my car warranty being up...have asked 8 times to be taken off list.
When I asked how they know my business they lie actually...when I asked for a name and number of the company she said her name was Ashley and the company was GAW and abruptly hung up.
I would like this harassing to end. While other companies call, they at least have the decency to respect my wishes and take me off of their calling list and do not call back. I am tired of this ridiculous way of scamming people. read full review »
LPG Indane
I have been sufferning this problem since the day i have taken Indane LPG connection, the dealer never receives the phone (landline, Mobile) which has been given on his communications documents. The deliver never happens in time and everytime i have to listen to his hard comments as "we can not say anything because there is no power and the computer is off".
The dealer also does not behave properly and does not respond to the calls.

Stay well away from Crowfoot Dodge of the Crowchild NW of Calgary!! They competley mis-diagnsed the problems on my vehicle and then had the audicity to charge me over $300.00 for the privleage of them getting it wrong.
I spent more money with another firm on a report on my vehicle. This report conradictd the diagnosis of Crowfoot Dodge who have a copy of the report.
Crowfoot Dodge are simply not interested in proiding good service. They have their money.
Despite my many best efforts, Crowfoot Dodge has failed to provide anything near a good level of service. I will continue for as long as it takes to get some form of recompense. read full review »

After 6 'associates', they drove the RV in question TO MY LOCATION. I was told a price for unit. Went down to dealership to sign papers, and the price suddenly (mis-understanding??) jumped $20, 000. But, they could make up for a lot of it with 'creative' financing and cost of loan.

Booked a dzire Vxi on 29th March... and yet have no committed date. Dealer says I am welcome to do whatever I want and he would be glad to cancel my booking as he is helpless and has no role to play.
Wonder how the hell is Maruti Suzuki surviving in these times. I really must say they have very poor competitors who still can't seem to get their own act together.
I would have gone for any other car had I had a similar option.
Maruti has a good product.. but is the pits in terms of handling customers ... wonder how they still manage to win customer service awards. Pre-sales is really bad.

On Monday morning my wife went to the dealership to test drive the car and the tag was changed to $21, 995.00. We were told that it was just a mistake and if we wanted the car it was $21, 995.00.
