My vehicle had been in the shop for approximately an hour when I received a phone call that they had broken one of my valve stems on one of my tires and I was required to pay $150 to replace a part that their mechanics had broken. We bought used tires for our Mazda Truck at daniela's tire shop, Once we got home we notice the tires were not the right size or for our model truck. On the tire it says for TRAILER SERVICE ONLY, This means they are not safe to have on for cars or trucks! We confirm this info on Goodyear .com the website informs us they are not safe for regular vehicles only for trailers, boats or fithwheels . I had a problem with the Russ Darrow Kia service department in Waukesha. We took our Kia in for some warranty work. When we picked up the car it was parked three inches from a jutting brick wall and there was a big dent/scratches in the bumper. more than a month ago my youngest son was driving my car and caused damage to my car. As of today's date they have not done anything to resolve this claim. They even told me to go and get a copy of the accident report so that they wouldn't have to. I just got off the phone and they advise me to contact the Police department because of the insurance card number does not exist, and the poliece should be responcible for finding the person as they wrote down the wrong policy number. This place has limited parking for customers also when browsing cars the space is very limited. Barely open a car door without hitting next. Their building is a small one room shack so very little privacy to discuss your purchase and personal information. The cars themselves are poorly maintained they had to jump start the car just for the test drive. This car auction gave false online information for the car and after the sale I was told that according to their Terms and Conditions neither the auction or the seller ( in this case Royal Sun & Alliance) are responsible for the description of the cars they selling. Black Window Bike Works in Shrewsbury, NJ Lied about knowing how to install a part on my motorcycle as a result of this the bike was not running properly and had to go to the dealer and cost me more to get it fixed. I notified Black Window and they said they released it to me when it wasn't ready... and thats my fault? They told me it was done when I got there. Isn't that dangerous?
