I need to make someone aware that the store managers in Store # 8480 (Paducah, KY) need to be trained in how to communicate company policy in requards to having vehicles towed. I was out of town due to a death in the family (550 miles away) when my sons vehicle broke down at this store. Bought used cars through Reliant Financial in addition to the car payment my wife and I paid credit insurance. We were suppose to get this money back. The contracts was/were Notarized Apostilled destination Russian Consulate Seattle Washington. We bought a 1994 Ford Aerostar and than traded it in for a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am these cars were financed by Reliant Financial and we paid credit insurance on these cars according to the County Court in Georgia Class Action we are entitled to receive this money back it has been over 16 months since we had these cars. read full review »

A claim has been filed with UAIG in Atlanta GA, due to an accident on May 12, 2007 caused by a vehicle insured by UAIG. They have been informed that the car has been in the body shop since May 21 & their adjuster, Robert Gibbs, refuses to pay for car rental while it's waiting for their engineer to verify the damage. Sold me a car with broken odometer, which means false mileage reading. Car had previous accidents, according to other dealers, described by the rough paint areas around the hood and door edges. The vehicle makes a jerking movement when going in any direction except straight. Dealer say tires the problem, so replaced tires and problem is getting worse every week. It did not do this until mileage was about 14000. 2004 model V8. Will never buy anything from VW again. read full review »

I purchased my Maruti Alto in May 2006 from Acer Motors, Secundrabad, Hyderabad. I paid for extended third year warranty but haven't received any certificate yet after 1 year of purchase. I've got a 04 Pont Grand Am and I'm on the 3rd time fixing a brake problem. I bought the car with 18,000 miles on it, it now has 46,000 and it's been parked for 4 months. The brakEs are so bad, Sears replaced everything last year and within 3000 miles it all had to be redone! On Saturday, May 19.2007, I took my 2000 Eldorado Cadillac to NTB (National Tire and Battery) on Highway 138 in Union City, GA. I needed a rear brake job. I've been a longtime Goodyear customer and went with the Goodyear Assurance tires paying nearly $500 installed. I was impressed with the information and program around the tires. However after only 32,000 miles the tires needed replacement. Of course they pro-rated the new tires but at this rate I'll pay over $250/tire as a lifetime cost to get to the 80,000 stated tire life of the Goodyear Assurance not to mention the time spent waiting for replacements to be mounted + new vales, + shop fees + taxes +++. I purchased a 2006 nissan maxima from Jeff Schmitt Nissan on Alpha Road in Ohio. My husband and I purchased it under the agreement that they would buff it out and change a rim that had been hit. I have this Santro Xing erlx purchased in May, 2006. This is indeed a cool machine specially on city roads and of course on highways, with superb driving comfort. I have purchased Santro Xo on 26th Sep 06 from Lakshmi Hyundai, Visakhapatnam and was offered an Exchange discount of Rs.5000/- (I have sold a Maruti 800 car). After delivery of the car it was told that this money will be reimbursed by Hyundai company in due course. We were on our way home when a Geico Insured driver went to sleep and rear ended our car. My wife was hurt and lost her job. I lost over $5,000.00 in lost wages. I suffered a loss on 5/07/07. I called Infinity Insurance Company on that day and filed a claim. The agent told me that an adjuster will contact me within 48 hours. After Wednesday, 5/09/07 I called back and still no contact. I also called my insurance company, Mercury, and let them know and still no contact from the adjuster. After AIG gives you a good deal and you transfer to them, then they increase your rate and force you to pay the new higher bill. They send a sack on yellow, complicated papers to fill out. I ordered 3 parts for my pickup almost a month ago. I received the order but one of the parts was incorrect. The incorrect part had the correct part number on the package but was obviously mis-labeled.
