On December 4th 2009, I purchased an Onkyo home theater surround sound receiver from Video Only. I was undecided whether to buy the Panasonic or the Onkyo. The deciding factor was that the Onkyo came with a free iPod dock. Well, the iPod dock was out of stock but I was told that a new shipment was coming in before Christmas and that they would call me as soon as my iPod dock arrived. It is now March, 24th 2010 and I still have not received my iPod dock. I have called many times to ask and have received one excuse after another. Has anyone else not received their "free" iPod dock? We bought a new flat screen Toshiba tv in November 2009 based on salesman recommendation. Was promised price matching by salesman. Brought identical tv model in advertisement for price adjustment the next day. Salesman said would have to check with manager, he was not working that day.
After repeated stalling and passing responsibility, manager promised $200 refund would appear on our credit card within 10 days.
No refund or explanation or response still has been given three months later.

Two instances of incompetence within the Verizon/VerizonWireless company particularly in their billing and customer service areas.
First instance. Had Verizon home phone, dsl and tv (directv), wanted to get rid of my home phone so switched to their FIOS plan with just the tv and internet service. Beware of Online Rep Management Their service is a complete fraud as they promise to remove Ripoff Reports from the first pages on Google and Yahoo, however all they do is provide the consumer with a Google local or Yahoo local listing, which they can provide themselves absolutely free by taking 5 minutes out of their day to fill out a quick form. Ordered parts for a carpet cleaner on 1/13/10. As of yet, never received them. Went to web site (no number to call!) and they're under new ownership and a pop-up window to those who ordered before Feb. 13, 2010 (ME!) are NOT getting their orders! And they are NOT refunding the money, because the previous owner is bankrupt! Nice, eh? I was out and about and not near a computer to check them out while they were talking so I thought it sounded ok and went for it. Ive its been with Tmobile almost two years and it has been a horrible experience. I have my payments set up to come out of my account automatically and has never been late. I purchased this Hitachi 55HDS69 Plasma TV and extended 3 year warranty on 12/31/2006. It worked fine until 2/3/2010 when the video died. The audio works fine. The TV was put in a repair shop on 2/4/2010 and they have informed me that they need a pair of boards (TS06623 & TS06624) to get the set going again. The TS06623 is not available and is on back order with no anticipated delivery date. 2 months have gone by and I have talked with Hitachi numerous times ( most recent 3/22/10 ) and still have no idea when parts might be available. These morons sent me an ac adapter with a completely wrong output voltage. i plugged into my computer, and it started to smoke! i had to get the whole 'motherboard' replaced. then, they had the nerve to tell me it wasn't their fault, refused to pay to repair my computer, and made me pay to ship it back to get a refund. also, he said the refund would take 2 weeks from when they recieve it! worst experience i've ever had purchasing anything, ever. i reported them to the better business bureau. not only that, it took me 6 e-mails and 4 phone calls to get that bull**** information. read full review »

I have a SIT 1x CDMA USB modem( Epivalley) supplied by TATA Indicom. I am not able to instal the modem in my laptop which is having a VISTA OS. The same is working perfectly in Windows XP..I tried installing the soft ware downloaded from the tatateleservices website but I am getting the following error message- "Modem Not instaled-Instal modem and restart."

i had complained STC customer service regarding this but they said they will deactivate this service and all this was done a month ago. Just bought the DVD player last night, drove 45min home, set it up and it will not play anything. I called their support and they want me to buy a lense cleaner. Why doesn't a DVD player work out of the box? I've installed for friends, family, myself which is approx. 20 units. I've NEVER had to get a lense cleaner on a NEW system. I'm not going to spend $5 to tell me it doesn't work. I'd just as soon go buy something that will work out of the box. I take offense to any company denying my right to use my own equipment. I had to purchase this bloody adware thingy before I could use my computer without the damn add coming up on the bottom bar of my PC.
I am not a rich person, I live alone and have only a minimal wage coming in and I just can't afford to be paying for stuff I do not need.
The charge on my credit card said it was from WORLD-WIDESOFT.COM in Moscow.

I purchased a brand new HP Pavilion Elite e9280f computer Dec, 2009. It is now March 20th 2009 and I still have not been able to use the computer.
