Purchased Acer laptop from QVC Network with a three year warranty. Recently call Samsung service center to service the old Samsung Refrigerator. After 4 days, repeatedly calling them some one responded to visit. Next day, some one else called and enquired about the service satisfaction. The service representative without visiting us closed the call stating in his remarks that 'Refrigerator is working fine now'. They sell us a Blacberry 8310 as a better option than the Blacberry 9630 that we were asking for. They use their technical knowledge to ambush their clients. They sell us an 8310 at a higher price (U$S 550) than they were asking for the 9630 (499). After an internet search we notice the 8310 is a very old model it has less screen resolution (¨just a little bit¨, according to Martin Mammoliti, the seller) and fewer features. I bought a vacum from a sales man back in 2005-2006 i moved and misplaced my papers, i figured ok just go on internet and get a number to the company, all i can find is places that sell the parts. I was told the hose and other parts had a life time warrenty all i am finding is you have to buy this part and that part. This is rediculas i recommend to any one not to buy a tri star vaccum. A spot appeared on my 24 inch LCD monitor, about a thumb sized spot of dead pixels in the center of the screen. Called Samsung customer service.
