I purchased a GE Adora washer and dryer at Home Depot in February, 2006. The washer quit working on October 20, 2006. It's now October 4th, and the repair man hasn't show up yet. I complained to the 1800 number and the complaint no. is 2210504148. Even after several weeks of this complaint they did not come to take the laptop. Finally they took the laptop on 13th Nov, 2006. I ordered a part back from Sears for their Kenmore vacuum cleaner. This was in July of 2006, since then I have not received the part. All I get on my order form is... product on back order until such and such a date. On that date another, "Product on back order until such and such a date." Well this has gone on since JULY!! Bosch WFR 2460IC washing machine purchased 10-06-03 along with GE Extended warranty. As you can see from the attached picture the paint is peeling off the front of the washer. Bosch send a letter stating that "since I purchased an extended warranty, Bosch is not required to fix the problem..The service company GE Warranty sent out said the problem was caused by a defective detergent tray that leaked onto the front of the washer. I have a White Westinghouse steam iron station, 8J06 WW5100 (120V, 60 Hz, 1350 W), which I purchased at K-Mart in Waco, Texas. It steamed for only about a month. I fiddled with the steam tube/electrical wire from iron to base and found if I held it in a certain position it would steam....not something I'm prepared to do. I suspect the fault is in the electrical wiring, as steam should pass through a hose as long as it's being sent. I purchased a Whirlpool Calypso washer about three years ago. I had about 8-10 service calls on it in a 1 year time frame due to many problems. Best Buy replaced it under the Lemon Law last year with same model at my request. I had purchased the extended warranty which was pricey! I purchased Amana stove model AGR5735QDS from Sears in November, 2003. It is a self-cleaning model. I cleaned it one time after I had the stove about a year (I don't use the oven very often). I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Lowes in Elk Grove, CA on 9/18/06 for next day delivery. The product was delivered to our house the next day. I am VERY dissatisfied with my Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 924. I will never purchase a Dell Printer Again! It is extremely hard to change the ink cartridges. I bought a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator side by side with freezer in Aug. of 2005 at Lowe's in 2005. From the start the freezer had an ice cube problem.
