We have four dogs and had each of them insured with this company for several years. One dog developed a tumor on her leg and the bill was over two thousand dollars to remove it. VPI paid two hundred dollars. They determine how much the surgery should cost and then they determine how much they will pay. How they determine what these surgeries and services should cost is a mystery. Sold us a dog and sent it to us on medications he said were so he didnt get sick in transport. However we found he was already sick with a parasite Giardia.
