Two years ago I purchased a Frigidaire Electrolux Galary Series Front Load washing machine.
As of a week ago, my washer stopped working due to what the error code read as a broken door lock. Upon notifying the company, I was informed that because the part I needed was on back order I had two choices. First, sit back and wait for the part or, accept a 60% rebate check to go purchase a new machine.

Hydro One billing is excessive and unreasonable. How is one to live and attempt to dig themselves out of debt when they cannot get ahead due to hydro ones pricing. The government needs to step up and reduce the amount of money it is STEALING from innocent people trying to make a living. Long story short the table was still at the manufacturer 8 weeks later awaiting freight company to pick it up. We had granite counter tops installed by Pietra Naturale, Inc. of Centerville, Ohio. The installation was very quick and the finished product shows it. Stove cutout is oversized and is visible. Piece behind the stove is uneven and is probably glued to the stove! The seaming is much poorer than I would have expected. Overall the quality of the fabrication and installation leaves plenty to be desired and is not on par with the cost. Lesson to any perspective granite customers: Do your homework. EJC mechanical is home heating and repair serice located in Bensalem Pa. I have had the misfortune of having spent over a $1000 on reapirs that would have not been required had Mr Cunane diagnosed the problem with my heating system properly. Mr. Cunane says he "gurantees his work" however after three visits he seemed to find some thing else that was wrong with my system. After retaining the services of a legitimate I found out that the problem with my system should have reqired only one visit at a cost of one fourth the price!!! I purchased two XROCKER SYNC RECLINERS from the Brookstone store in SOUTH COAST PLAZA, Costa Mesa. The store Manager told me take since they did not have the recliner in the store that they would return the recliners at no cost to us if they were not what we expected when they arrived.

I live by myself so I know how much water get's used.
I have complained multiple times about them to my building manager, and to them in person and no one has done anything. I was gone for two weeks during the $258.00 month so I know they are screwing me.

I ordered some drapes from this company, they weren't quite what I wanted. I returned them and was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before I received my refund. I also had to pay for the return and the refund will be less 10% for restocking. I have emailed them 3 times but haven't received a response. I replaced the gear drive in my overhead door drive and was unable to adjust the chain drive. Called Spectrum Overhead and Travis made the adjustment within time and price quoted. The garage door would not descend and he told me it was a bad circuit board. I replace the circuit board, but same problem. After a little investigating, discovered the wires to the electroni sensors had been cut and the sensors repositioned. I wired the sensors back to the opener, repositioned them and re-installed the old circuit board. Everything works as it should, no thanks to Travis. Came across a problem with asbestos in the ducts, so Ocean Air Care Inc sub-contracted work to a company called Key Environmental 1450 S. Burlington, STE A. Los Angeles CA 90006. Ocean Air Care Inc never paid Key Environmental for the worked they performed at my home and now the company is threatening to put a lean on my home if the amount of $1950.00 is not paid in full. One question led to a very hostile interaction with the agent which led me to take my matter up with the CEO, Lawrence E. Hess. I ordered verticals for my doorwall on December 17, 2009. They're website said they ship 3-5 business days after ordering. Numerous emails over the course of the next 3 weeks resulted in a ship date of January 11, 2010.
I received the blinds this week, and just went to install them and they neglected to enclose any installation hardware! I have called and emailed the company and being a Saturday, they're closed. Hopefully I'll hear from them on Monday.

I have a large front window that need sealed from the winter weather yearly. I purchase Duck along with a 3M product for my sliders to compare the quality and functionality. The only positive for the Duck product was the roll-on convenience for placement on the frame. The pre-taped edge for rolling is not sticky enough to give a secure seal and I would definately advise placing the double sided tape under it. It is pulling away from my frame all along the top. I ordered a Microwave from Sears.com on Sunday December 20th with a scheduled install date of December 23rd, 2009. I even called and confirmed the availability of this install date with a customer service rep over the phone before placing the order online.
