USA LOCKSMITH is nothing but a SCAM looking for a quick buck. We called them out to replace a broken lock on our door, Tech came out and the boss explained that he wanted a new lock inserted in the door. On April 26, 2009 I went to Sears Rockaway Mall to purchase an upright freezer. I had noticed a TV commercial indicating a 15% appliance sale was underway. On arrival, I saw no sales signs, there was no signs on the posted sales price indicting it reflected a 15% price reduction and the salesman did not mention anything about a sale going on. Moved into new home constructed by Macintosh Builders of Souderton, PA on 2-15-08. The home suffers from serious water pressure issues. The builder was notified in writing by the township that our lot would have these water pressure issues. The builder however never disclosed this with us, and has ignored the problem since then. I purchased a $1, 600.00 dinette set from Chromcraft Furniture. At that price, one should expect to get a quality product. The oak table and chairs arrived intact, but with defects. The oak tabletop has a defective finish, as it is peppered with a black over-spray from the Chinese production shop. Last Wednesday I called Sears Repair Center 800 number to have a Kenmore refrigerator repaired. My gas was shut off today. When I called instead of the past amount from last month being 444.17, the automatic thing said I owed $1088.00. So before I made a payment automatically, it of course routed me to another unhelpfull person (A live one at that) I asked her how much I had to pay to get it turned back on like today or tomorrow(If nothing else). I have a $30, 000.00 camper. I should have been informed that the fridge was defected. They put a cover around the defected part so a fire would be contained . Why not fix the problem with the boiler tube . I am not happy with Dometic. They do not stand behind their products. I will not buy anything with the name Dometic. Over the last two and a half years Ive had so many problems with my vehicle that I bought new in Aug 06. Ive had tank filler problems, radio problems, clutch problems, gearbox out, cv joints replaced, steering failure and finally I have had to replace all coils at an expense of $1100.00 as a result of a barloworld employee hosing down my engine and then denying it ever happened. I agree, as a former employee I can tell you that Roomful Express customer service is rude, they do not care about the company or its customers as long as they get their money the heck with the rest of us. Also, there is almost nothing in stock it can take up to 6 or 8 weeks efore your merchandise is delivered to you but do not try to pick your merchandise up at the store as they will charge you a $15 PICK-UP FEE. To date, I have not received my plants and when you try to call their number, you cannot get through and the call gets disconnected. Eddie Salas claiming he has a contractors liscense did an absolute horrible job in one of our units. He does not know a thing about tile work painting and other jobs related to that matter. Paints the entire unit but dirties up the place and then has to paint all over again. I purchased a Franklin Recliner Sofa from Gardner-White Furniture which came with a manufacturing defect seam in the middle cushion as well as a tear in the top cushion. Because I did not notice these items within 48 hours of delivery Gardner-White refuses to replace them or fix them under warranty so lucky me I get to pay full price for bargain basement furniture.
