I ordered plants from this nursery. Once they arrived, half were dead and the other half died within a few days. I called the nursery and they told me I could get replacements so I returned the original shipping label and three weeks later received MORE DEAD PLANTS. My two year old washer stopped working, went online and found this companies website. It looked reputable and I called them. Spoke with Delayne Hiott who seemed to be a nice enough guy. I explained that the washer was about two years old and told him the problem I was having and that I was in a bind as I had family coming.

In brief, I purchased a bed on my Coop credit card on 15th August 2007. On the 17th August 2007 I reported the bed as being faulty. The matress dipped in the middle and there was a tear in the base of the bed. Pictures were obtained. All I was told was to "try the bed for the 40 day trial". Warning to all sub contractors ever dealing with Caviness Construction Company from Arizona. They do work also in Nevada. They DO NOT pay their sub contractors. I have lost so much money from this company. I have paid my sub contractors when the job is done, but they don't. This hurts small businesses. All the money you put out and hard work. Now my company is going to have to file a law suit and report them to Nevada State Contractors Board. This company charged me $99.00 on my credit card back in 2007. I didn't notice it until they again charged me this month on the same card for $149.99. I immediately called Discover and they put a 3 day hold on it until I could get ahold of Buyers Edge and straighten it out. We purchased a complete bedroom set at Easy Life Furniture including mattress totaling over 3, 500 and after receiving we noticed chest was too big for our room and called back to see if anything could be done. The person helping us did not give us any options at all. We even were willing to accept an exchange or store credit, they told us there was nothing they could do. An inspection was due on November 3 in which I cancelled out at 2:50 p.m because the inspector called just as I was headed out the door to pick up my daughter from school. We also purchased from Sears a Kenmore Oasis HE Topload Washer a year and half ago. Loved it until about two weeks ago I started getting an F1 code and the only solution according to the manual is to call service. That in itself is a chore. Made my appointment and waited all day for the guy to come and I guess they overloaded his schedule because I just talked to him on the phone. I purchased a refrigerator at an appliance store and purchased the extended warranty from The Walker Group. Here I am a year and a half later with a broken fridge. I contacted The Walker Group (TWG) and it took them a week to get back to me just to make an appointment! For a fridge! I mean a fridge isn't a crucial piece of North American lifestyle or anything. I contracted for a wrought iron driveway gate anchored to 6-foot tall brick columns. All the work was done by nameless subcontractors whom I did not approve.
The bricklayers took 5 days to do a 1-day job. They used substandard mortar with excessive gaps between bricks. The partial bricks were simply broken to approximate size instead of being cut to fit. I bought a Kenmore Power Miser 9 Gas Water Heater from Sears and the pilot light stops working resulting in cold water all the time. I called Sears and their Service not only sucks but they refuse to honor their warranty for free parts, I bough the water heater in December 2005 and it has a 9 year warranty. The parts are free of they are defective in workmanship or material. But to get the free parts under the waranty, you have to pay their service technician to order the part. Professional Engineer gets stumped by microwave oven by LG.
2 year old microwave oven by LG goes dead in the water.
One week to get LG to send a serviceman.
$128 flat fee paid for the call.
LG sent the serviceman in with the wrong part(the famous "magnetron") despite having had correct model number communicated to them.
Had to help serviceman remove the unit from the wall and take it to their shop.

Nine years ago, I used Sears to redo my roof. They dropped a large pack of shingles on a small patio on the second floor and cracked the granite. Sears replaced the granite but washed the new granite with acid which leaked into our copper gutters. Our gutters are ruined ONLY around the patio and a professional roofer assessed that the damage has come from the acid which Sears used to wash the installed granite. My elderly mother and father recently purchased a Basic Black Dishwasher from KMART under the Kenmore Brand. It was not cleaning their dishes even when they rinsed the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. When the representative told me they would not be out until 10/27/2008, I advised her that this was unacceptable as per the apartment contract as long as I called before 10 am they had to come out that day. About two months ago these people came to my house and showed me and my wife some samples of material that they were going to install on my bathtub. So yesterday they install this stuff and it is nothing like they said it would be. I thought I was getting walls that were a quarter of an inch thick and they install so junk that is as thin as paper. If you look at it you can see all these scratches in it. And there are places that they didnt properly seal it like they said they were.

Roofer (Rod) came out took picture of nail in attic tried to pull down and was unable.
